Braves second baseman Jace Peterson went 3 for 4 at the plate during Sunday's 6-2 win over the Phillies.
His biggest hit came when Peterson hit a three-run home run off Adam Morgan in the fifth inning. It was his fourth home run of the season.
Prior to Sunday's win, Peterson was hitting .132 with one RBI in his last 11 games.

Second baseman DJ LeMahieu's hitting streak ended at 18 games, as he went 0 for 4 in the Rockies' 3-2 loss to the Cubs on Wednesday.
LeMahieu's streak was the longest active in the majors. He had gone 32 for 72 with five doubles, two triples and nine RBI over the streak. He raised his season average up from .300 to .324 over the 18-game stretch.

LeMahieu hit his 15th double and fourth triple of the season, finishing a home run shy of the cycle.
LeMahieu extended his hitting streak to 18 straight, the longest current streak in MLB. He's hitting .444 over the streak.

Brewers shortstop Jean Segura was a late scratch from the lineup for Sunday's game.
Segura was pulled from the lineup with a sore throat, the team announced. Segura had started the last 18 games at short.
He'll be replaced by Hector Gomez, who gets his sixth start of the season.

Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado returned to the starting lineup on Sunday.
Arenado was forced out of Saturday's game in the ninth inning, after getting hit by a pitch. He was considered day-to-day after X-rays on his hand were negative.

Nationals 3B Anthony Rendon given day off Sunday
The Nationals kept third baseman Anthony Rendon out of Sunday's lineup at Pittsburgh, reports MASNsports.com.
He was replaced at third by Yunel Escobar, who will bat fourth. Rendon was recently activated from the disabled list after missing 25 games with a quad strain.

Rockies 3B Nolan Arenado suffers hand injury
Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado left the game in the ninth inning of Saturday's loss after suffering what the team called a hand contusion. X-rays were negative, and Arenado's status is day-to-day.
Arenado was hit by a pitch on his left hand in the seventh inning by Reds starter Johnny Cueto. Arenado was replaced before his at-bat in the ninth inning by Daniel Descalso.
The All-Star is hitting .287 with 24 homers and 72 RBIs this season.

Nationals activate Anthony Rendon from DL, option Abel De Los Santos
The Nationals activated infielder Anthony Rendon from the 15-day disabled list, the team announced on Saturday.
Rendon has been out the last 25 games with a quad strain. He returns from a minor league rehab assignment at Class A Potomac, where he hit .471.
To make room, the Nationals optioned pitcher Abel De Los Santos to Double-A Harrisburg. De los Santos had a 5.40 ERA in two relief appearances for Washington.
