Farmer is getting a start at first base Monday in place of Joey Votto, batting eighth against the Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

The Reds are stacking the lineup with right-handers against Kershaw, with Scott Schebler being the only lefty in the lineup. Farmer is one of five former Dodgers in the lineup along with Yasiel Puig, Schebler, Jose Peraza and Matt Kemp.

Robinson was recalled from Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

Robinson will provide additional outfield depth for the Cardinals for the time being while Harrison Bader deals with a hamstring injury. He's appeared in three games for the Cardinals this season (all as a pinch hitter), going 0-for-3 with a strikeout in those appearances. Giovanny Gallegos was returned to the minors in a corresponding move.

Davis went 1-for-2 with a home run and a walk in Sunday's 7-3 loss to Atlanta.

Davis' second-inning blast was the only damage the Mets could create off Braves starter Julio Teheran. He entered 2019 with five homers in 165 MLB at-bats but already has three in 35 at-bats this season.

Donaldson went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and two walks in Sunday's 7-3 win over the Mets.

The 33-year-old slugger took Mets starter Jacob DeGrom deep in the fifth inning. Donaldson started the year 4-for-27 but is 10-for-26 on his current seven-game hitting streak. He's homered in two straight and has seven extra-base hits during that span.

Anderson went 1-for-5 with a solo home run, a walk and a stolen base in Sunday's loss to the Phillies.

Anderson tied the game in the sixth with a solo blast to left field, but the Marlins would fall 3-1 in a 14-inning affair. He's now homered in back-to-back contests, though his batting average thus far leaves something to be desired (.228 over 15 games).

Segura went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and two walks in Sunday's win over the Marlins.

With the score tied 1-1 in the 14th inning, Segura took matters into his own hands and launched a two-run blast to left field. The Phillies managed to close things out in the bottom of the inning without issue. The 29-year-old shortstop turned in a solid weekend at the dish, collecting five hits, including two extra-base knocks, during a three-game showdown with Miami.

Arenado went 1-for-2 with a three-run home run and two walks in Colorado's 4-0 victory over the Giants on Sunday.

The slugging third baseman had been in a prolonged slump to start the season, but he finally broke out with his first homer of 2019 in this one, tagging Derek Holland for a three-run bomb in the fifth inning. Hopefully this is a sign that Arenado is ready to put the slow start behind him and get back to the form that has made him one of the premier hitters in baseball for the past few seasons.

President of baseball operation Dick Williams said Sunday that Senzel (ankle) could play in extended spring training games by midweek, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Manager David Bell said Thursday that Senzel was at least a couple weeks away from playing games at any level, but it's unclear if he was strictly referring to the minor leagues. Regardless, the 23-year-old has no firm rehab timeline but could seemingly make his return sometime in May.

Rendon went 1-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Saturday's win over the Pirates.

It's the third baseman's 10th straight game with an extra-base hit, setting a new franchise record. The big-league record is 14 games, a mark shared by a couple of Hall of Famers in Chipper Jones and Paul Waner. Rendon is hitting .412 through 13 games with a .922 SLG thanks to eight doubles and six homers.

Machado is not in the lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Diamondbacks.

Machado started all 16 games to begin the season but will receive the day off Sunday with Zack Greinke on the mound for Arizona. The All-Star third baseman has a .246/.348/.474 slash line with four home runs through 66 plate appearances. Luis Urias will start at third base and bat eighth for the Padres in his stead.
