Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA
White Sox's Yoan Moncada: Collects two hits, RBI
Moncada went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Friday's 10-2 loss to the Blue Jays.
Moncada was part of the White Sox's lone rally when they plated two in the third inning after Toronto jumped out to a 7-0 lead. The soon-to-be 23-year-old is up to 29 RBI through 42 games, a much better pace than 2018, when he didn't drive in his 29th run until the 69th game June 24. Part of that is due to the team taking him out of the leadoff spot where RBI opportunities aren't as plentiful, but the major reason for his increased run production is that he's been swinging at hittable pitches that he let pass by last season. He's averaged 3.85 pitches per plate appearance this season, down from 4.11 last year, while making more consistent contact when swinging.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Indians' Jose Ramirez: Records 11th steal
Ramirez went 0-for-4 but recorded a stolen base and run in a 5-1 loss to the Orioles on Friday.
With a .191 average and .589 OPS, Ramirez continues to struggle mightily at the plate. But despite those numbers, he has managed to still contribute 16 runs and 11 steals. Just image what Ramirez could be doing with an on-base percentage higher than .286. He also has four home runs and 13 RBI in 162 at-bats this season.

Gio Urshela 3B | MIN
Yankees' Gio Urshela: Comes up with walkoff hit
Urshela went 3-for-4 with an RBI in Friday's win over the Rays.
The Yankees entered the bottom of the ninth inning down by a run, but Luke Voit homered to tie the contest and Urshela was able to win it on an RBI single to center. The 27-year-old has been impressive at the dish this season in the Bronx, slashing .347/.398/.500 with 16 RBI over 34 games.

Matt Duffy 3B | TEX
Rays' Matt Duffy: Rehab continues free of setbacks
Duffy (hamstring) filled the designated-hitter role in High-A Charlotte's win over Daytona on Thursday and went 0-for-2 with a walk.
Duffy is now just 1-for-10 with three walks across his five rehab games, and he's alternated between third base and designated hitter over that span. Offensive struggles aside, the most important aspect of Duffy's rehab is that he's remained free of setbacks after his recovery endured some fits and starts prior to this point. The veteran infielder is expected to move his rehab up to Triple-A Durham at some point in the coming days.

Alex Bregman 3B | CHC
Astros' Alex Bregman: Lashes early homer
Bregman went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 5-1 win over the Tigers.
Bregman opened the scoring in the first inning with his 14th homer of the season. The third baseman is hitting .270 with 34 RBI and 26 runs scored in 42 games this season. He's working on a five-game hitting streak, during which he's gone 7-for-25 with three long balls, eight RBI and six runs scored.

Jeimer Candelario 3B | LAA
Tigers' Jeimer Candelario: Sent to Triple-A
Candelario was optioned to Triple-A Toledo following Wednesday's loss to the Astros, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.
Candelario went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts Wednesday, bringing his current slump to 2-for-35. The 25-year-old has only two home runs and nine RBI while slashing .192/.285/.288 with 46 strikeouts in 165 plate appearances this season, but it's still somewhat surprising to see him demoted after starting 139 games last season. The Tigers have yet to announce a corresponding move.

Gio Urshela 3B | MIN
Yankees' Gio Urshela: Takes seat Wednesday
Urshela is not in the lineup for Game 2 of Wednesday's doubleheader against the Orioles, Brendan Kuty of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.
Urshela will sit for Game 2 after going hitless in three at-bats during the first half of Wednesday's twin bill. DJ LeMahieu is starting at third base and leading off in his stead.

Jordan Groshans 3B | ATL
Blue Jays' Jordan Groshans: Back on IL
Groshans is back on the 7-day injured list with Low-A Lansing with a recurrence of general soreness in his left foot.
He was out from April 29 until May 8 with the same issue and it's a little concerning that he landed right back on the IL a week after being activated. The team may conduct some tests to try to better assess the issue.

Willians Astudillo 3B | MIA
Twins' Willians Astudillo: Fourth straight start
Astudillo will start at third base and bat fifth Wednesday against the Angels.
Since he returned from the 10-day injured list Sunday, Astudillo has been included in the lineup in all four of the Twins' games. He's set to make his second start over that stretch at third base, replacing Marwin Gonzalez. With Gonzalez hitting well in May, Astudillo may not be a threat to unseat him for the everyday gig, but the 27-year-old could begin to see more action behind the plate if Mitch Garver's high-ankle sprain results in a trip to the IL.

Matt Duffy 3B | TEX
Rays' Matt Duffy: Solid in rehab game
Duffy (hamstring) went 1-for-2 with a walk in High-A Charlotte's win over Daytona on Monday.
Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports that bench coach Matt Quatraro and field coordinator Paul Hoover, who were both in attendance, had positive feedback to offer manager Kevin Cash on the rehabbing infielder. While there still isn't a definitive timetable for Duffy's return to the big-league club, Cash was encouraged by what he heard about Duffy's performance in game action. "He played well," Cash said. "They went down and watched him play. They said Duffy looked good; he got a base hit up the middle but not much action at third."
