Urias (ankle) has returned to action for Double-A San Antonio.

He missed two weeks with a sprained ankle, but returned Sunday, going 0-for-3 with a walk. Urias, who turned 20 on June 3, is sixth in the Texas League with a .315 average and first in the league with a .413 on-base percentage. There will always be concerns about his ability to make enough impact on offense to be an above-average fantasy option, given his listed measurements of 5-foot-9, 160 pounds. However, there are few hitters in the minors with better hit tools, and he should have no problem earning everyday at-bats in San Diego when he is ready for the majors. At the very least, he should be an asset in runs and batting average while potentially qualifying at shortstop and second base.

Solarte will start at third base and bat cleanup Monday against the Reds, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

After being activated from the disabled list Sunday and staying put in San Diego following the trade deadline a day later, Solarte seemed to be at risk of falling into a utility role, which was expected to limit his starting opportunities. Though Solarte has been used at three different infield spots over the last week, it hasn't come with the reduction in at-bats that had been anticipated, as he'll pick up his sixth start in seven games Monday. Solarte should continue to rotate into the infield regularly with Carlos Asuaje, Cory Spangenberg and Dusty Coleman, with manager Andy Green holding one of the quartet out of the lineup for a given game. Spangenberg will head to the bench Monday with Solarte manning the hot corner.

Espinosa went 1-for-3 with an RBI double in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader, an 8-1 loss to the Royals.

The veteran infielder drove in the only run of the contest for the Mariners when he opened the scoring with his second-inning two-bagger. Espinosa's struggles at the plate made the trip with him to Seattle from Los Angeles, as he's gone just 2-for-11 over the five games he's seen action in. Furthermore, the 30-year-old's playing time projects to dwindle even further now that Yonder Alonso has arrived in town.

Marte went 2-for-4 with a run scored in Sunday's 6-3 loss to the Giants.

Making his second straight start since being reinstated from the bereavement list, Marte was the only Diamondbacks starter to finish with multiple hits. Though Arizona acquired Adam Rosales from the Athletics prior to the trade deadline to provide another option at shortstop with Chris Owings (finger) at risk of missing the rest of the season, Marte is expected to retain a full-time role at the position as long as he's able to hold his own offensively. Marte has been able to do that so far this season, turning in a career-high .829 OPS through 79 plate appearances.

Andrus went 3-for-4 with two doubles in Sunday's 6-5 loss to the Twins.

Andrus has amassed five doubles over the last three games, bringing his total to 31 -- just four shy of matching his career-best mark from 2014. Though he's hitting for more power this season than ever before, Andrus hasn't had to sacrifice much of the contact-hitting skills that have been a hallmark during his nine years in the majors. His 16.7 percent strikeout rate is the worst mark of his career, but it's still far better than the MLB average.

Rodgers exited Sunday's game with Double-A Hartford early with quadriceps tightness, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

Based on the initial diagnosis, it sounds as if the Rockies' top prospect is dealing with a minor quad ailment. Until more information is revealed, Rodgers will be considered day-to-day moving forward.

Rengifo was traded Sunday to the Rays along with minor-league pitcher Anthony Misiewicz and a player to be named later in exchange for minor-league pitcher Ryan Garton and minor-league catcher Mike Marjama.

The 20-year-old Rengifo is the main prize headed back to Tampa Bay in the trade, as the switch-hitting infielder had emerged as an interesting prospect for the Mariners in the Midwest League this season. Over 450 plate appearances for Low-A Clinton, Rengifo has produced 39 extra-base hits and has gone 29-for-43 on stolen-base attempts, which has helped make up for a pedestrian .250 average and .318 on-base percentage. Rengifo is expected to remain at the Low-A level with his new organization and report to Bowling Green.

Drury is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Giants, Jody Jackson of Fox Sports Arizona reports.

Drury will open the game on the bench for the second straight day as the Diamondbacks close out their weekend series against Jeff Samardzija and the Giants. Daniel Descalso will take over at second base, batting sixth.

Polanco will start at shortstop and bat ninth Sunday against the Rangers, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Though Polanco will pick up his third consecutive start, those still holding him in AL-only and deeper mixed leagues shouldn't get excited about a potential return to full-time duty in the middle infield. Polanco's starts Saturday and Sunday have come with Miguel Sano (hand) out of the lineup, but the Twins' young slugger isn't expected to require a disabled list stint. Assuming that's the case, Sano should take back his regular role at third base in the coming days, which would result in Eduardo Escobar moving over to shortstop while Polanco slides back to the bench.

Frazier is out of the lineup Sunday against the Padres.

Frazier has sizzled at the plate while appearing in nine of the Pirates' last 10 games, going 13-for-25 with five RBI. He had picked up three starts in a row to begin August, but with Josh Harrison having since recovered from a lower-leg injury, Frazier will hit the bench for the second time in three games. Frazier's versatility should afford him a few starts a week, but he won't be in line for a regular role with the Pirates' position players enjoying relatively sound health at this time.
