Guillorme was placed on the 10-day injured list Sunday with a strained left hamstring, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Guillorme apparently suffered the injury Saturday when he appeared as a pinch runner and came around to score. The 26-year-old's playing time was already set to diminish following the acquisition of Javier Baez, and he'll now be sidelined for at least the next 10 days.

Arauz started at second base and went 0-for-3 with two fielding errors in Saturday's 9-5 loss to the Rays.

Arauz booted two grounders in the third inning, directly leading to a run that tied the game. After the Red Sox traded Michael Chavis to the Pirates and with Christian Arroyo and Marwin Gonzalez on the injured list with hamstring injuries, Arauz is in the mix at second base for now. Gonzalez kicked off a rehab assignment Friday and is expected to be activated for the three-game series beginning Tuesday in Detroit.

Marte, who was activated off the injured list Saturday, did not play in an 8-3 loss to the Dodgers.

It's odd that Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo left Marte on the bench after he was activated, then didn't use him as a pinch hitter later in the game, instead opting for Josh Reddick. Presumably, when he does re-enter the starting lineup, Marte will be the center fielder.

Garcia got the start at shortstop Saturday and hit fifth, going 1-for-4 in a 6-3 loss to the Cubs.

Alcides Escobar, who was the shortstop Friday, got the night off while Adrian Sanchez took over at second base. With Trea Turner (COVID-19) now a Dodger, Garcia could be the Nats' shortstop of the future, but the team will likely spend the next two months deciding which middle infield position is the best fit as his long-term home. The 21-year-old is batting only .200 (6-for-30) in the majors this year, but his .303/.371/.599 slash line with 13 homers in 37 games for Triple-A Rochester represents a huge step forward in his offensive development.

Rodgers went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and two strikeouts in Saturday's 5-3 triumph over San Diego.

Rodgers' third-inning home run gave Colorado an early 2-0 lead, though he failed to do anything else productive in the game. The middle infielder now has four homers in his last six games and the power surge has raised his slugging percentage 50 points from .423 to.473.

Miller went 1-for-4 with his first career home run and a pair of runs scored Saturday against the White Sox.

Miller got the start at second base following the trade-deadline departure of veteran Cesar Hernandez and responded with a solo blast to center field in the fifth inning. It was just the second extra-base hit in 55 plate appearances this season for Miller, who also drew a walk, but he appears to have the first shot at replacing Hernandez at the keystone for Cleveland. Miller was hitting .297/.374/.489 with seven homers in 206 plate appearances this season at Triple-A.

Rosario went 2-for-3 with a home run and three runs scored Saturday against the White Sox.

Rosario got Cleveland on the board with a solo blast in the fourth inning, his sixth home run of the season. He also doubled and drew a walk to match his season high with six total bases. Rosario has put together a productive stretch over the past week, slashing .296/.355/.481 in his last seven games.

Marte (hamstring) was activated off the injured list Saturday.

Marte missed just over a month with a strained left hamstring. He went hitless in three rehab games but is nonetheless considered ready to go. Andrew Young was optioned in a corresponding move.

Clement is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the White Sox.

Clement had started each of the last two games and went 1-for-6 with a run. Owen Miller will start at the keystone and bat seventh.

Arraez (knee) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Saturday, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Arraez will be back in action after a minimal stay on the IL, and he'll start at the hot corner and bat fourth Saturday. In six games since the All-Star break, the 24-year-old has gone 7-for-17 with a double, two runs and two strikeouts. Gilberto Celestino was sent down to make room on the active roster.
