Brendan Rodgers 2B | BOS
Rockies' Brendan Rodgers: Smacks fourth homer
Rodgers 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Wednesday against the Mariners.
Rodgers took Justus Sheffield yard in the second inning to record his fourth homer of the season. Though that was his lone hit of the game, Rodgers now has at least one knock in six of his last seven starts. He's also chipped in seven RBI and two runs scored in that span. Overall, Rodgers is hitting .261/.333/.455 with 16 RBI and six runs scored across 99 plate appearances.

Ha-seong Kim 2B | ATL
Padres' Ha-Seong Kim: Hits key home run
Kim (finger) slugged a pinch-hit solo home run Tuesday in the Padres' 3-2 win over the Dodgers.
While batting for pitcher Blake Snell in the bottom of the fifth, Kim sent a Clayton Kershaw curveball over the left-field fence for his fifth home run of the season. The rookie infielder was removed from Monday's game with an injury to a finger on his right hand, but the Padres' decision to make him available off the bench a day later suggests the issue isn't anything especially worrisome.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Sitting Wednesday
Marte (hamstring) is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Brewers.
The Diamondbacks' decision to keep Marte on the bench for the day game after a night game comes as little surprise after a tight left hamstring forced his removal in the first inning of Tuesday's 5-0 loss. Manager Torey Lovullo labeled Marte as day-to-day after the contest, but that doesn't necessarily mean the 27-year-old is out of the woods as far as avoiding a trip to the injured list. The Diamondbacks will presumably check back in with Marte following Thursday's team off day before determining his availability for the three-game weekend series in San Diego.

Nick Gonzales 2B | PIT
Pirates' Nick Gonzales: Steps in against live pitching
Pirates director of sports medicine Todd Tomczak said Wednesday that Gonzales (finger) has resumed hitting against live pitching at Pittsburgh's spring training site in Bradenton, Fla., Gerard Gilberto of DKPittsburghSports.com reports.
Gonzales will likely advance to playing in simulated games in the coming days, and if all goes well, he should be cleared to rejoin High-A Greensboro at some point next week. The 2020 first-round draft pick has been out for over a month with a fractured right pinkie finger.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Labeled day-to-day
Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo said after Tuesday's 5-0 loss to Milwaukee that Marte is day-to-day with a tight left hamstring, Zach Buchanan of The Athletic reports.
Marte picked up the injury in the first inning, when he was running to second base after hitting a ground-rule double. He was immediately removed from the contest, but initial examinations of Marte's hamstring apparently didn't turn up anything overly concerning. Lovullo didn't suggest that Marte would be sent in for an MRI, so for now, the Diamondbacks would seem to have some optimism that the center fielder won't require a trip to the injured list.

Ozzie Albies 2B | ATL
Braves' Ozzie Albies: Two steals in Tuesday's win
Albies went 2-for-4 with a run scored and two stolen bases in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Mets.
The second baseman has shifted into another gear on the basepaths in June with six of his nine steals on the year. Albies is also slashing .317/.364/.537 on the month with two homers, 11 runs and 18 RBI through 21 games.

Mauricio Dubon 2B | ATL
Giants' Mauricio Dubon: Blasts solo homer
Dubon went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a 5-0 victory over the Angels on Tuesday.
After the Giants put up four runs in the first inning, Dubon added to the tally with a solo homer to center field in the second. The long ball was his first in June after he went deep each of the final two games in May. Dubon has been receiving limited playing time of late -- this was his first start since June 17.

Luis Urias 2B | ATH
Brewers' Luis Urias: Plates two runs Tuesday
Urias went 1-for-4 with two RBI in Tuesday's win over Arizona.
Urias made his presence felt in the top of the sixth inning with a two-run single that scored both Avisail Garcia and Omar Narvaez, and he now has 32 RBI on the season, the second-best mark on the team behind Avisail Garcia's 41. Urias also extended his hitting streak to six games and owns three multi-hit games in that span.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Dealing with hamstring injury
Marte was removed from Tuesday's game versus Milwaukee with left hamstring tightness, Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic reports.
Marte suffered the injury while rounding first base after hitting a double during the first inning. The 27-year-old missed a month earlier this season due to a strained right hamstring, and he's now managing an injury to the same muscle on his other leg.

Adam Frazier 2B | LAA
Pirates' Adam Frazier: Cranks third homer
Frazier went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, two runs scored and a walk Tuesday against the White Sox.
Frazier opened the scoring in the contest with a solo home run in the third inning. It was only his third homer of the season and first since May 29. However, Frazier has managed to deliver in other areas of the box score, as he's hitting an excellent .322/.390/.460 across 308 plate appearances. Despite hitting in a poor lineup, Frazier is Pittsburgh's regular leadoff hitter, and he has been able to rack up 42 runs scored as a result.
