Ha-seong Kim 2B | ATL
Padres' Ha-Seong Kim: Rejoins lineup Sunday
Kim (toe) is starting at second base and batting leadoff Sunday against the Mets, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
The 27-year-old sat out Saturday after he jammed his right big toe during Friday's contest, but he'll return to action for the final game before the All-Star break. Kim has enjoyed a strong finish to the first half of the season with a .968 OPS, five homers and five steals in his past 21 games.

Owen Miller 2B | CHC
Brewers' Owen Miller: Recaptures regular role
Miller will start at first base and bat fifth in Sunday's game against the Reds.
After fading into a short-side platoon role toward the end of June, Miller looks to have emerged as a fixture in the lineup against both right- and left-handed pitching since the Brewers placed Rowdy Tellez (forearm) on the injured list Wednesday. Miller will draw an eighth consecutive start Sunday despite posting a .491 OPS and striking out 10 times in the previous seven contests.

Brendan Donovan 2B | SEA
Cardinals' Brendan Donovan: Out of Sunday's lineup
Donovan is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.
The 26-year-old has been limited to serving as St. Louis' designated hitter over the past week while dealing with arm pain, though he's still found plenty of success at the plate with a 1.004 OPS in his last eight contests. Donovan is scheduled to start a throwing program during the All-Star break, per Jones, though it'll likely be at least a couple more weeks before he's potentially cleared to play in the field.

Ha-seong Kim 2B | ATL
Padres' Ha-Seong Kim: Held out Saturday
Kim (toe) isn't in the Padres' lineup Saturday against the Mets, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Kim jammed his right big toe during Friday's loss to the Mets and will officially miss a start because of the injury. Matthew Batten will start at second base and bat eighth Saturday while Kim recovers.
-
Luis Arraez 2B | SF
Marlins' Luis Arraez: Day off Saturday
Arraez isn't in the Marlins' lineup Saturday against the Phillies, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
With left-hander Ranger Suarez taking the mound Saturday for Philadelphia, Arraez will receive a rare day off as the Marlins opt for a righties-only lineup. Garrett Hampson will start at the keystone in Arraez's place and bat ninth.
-
Harold Castro 2B | KC
Rockies' Harold Castro: Not starting Saturday
Castro isn't in the Rockies' lineup Saturday against San Francisco, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.
Castro is 5-for-15 with an RBI and two runs scored through the first week of July, and he'll catch a breather Saturday. Alan Trejo will start at the keystone in Castro's place and bat seventh.

Brendan Donovan 2B | SEA
Cardinals' Brendan Donovan: Another three-hit game
Donovoan went 3-for-5 in Friday's 8-7 loss to the White Sox.
Donovan has a trio of three-hit efforts over his first five games in July. He remains stuck at designated hitter due to a no-throw program to mitigate his arm soreness. His bat's been too hot to keep out of the lineup even with the injury. Donovan owns a strong .289/.375/.415 slash line with nine home runs, 26 RBI, 37 runs scored and four stolen bases over 79 contests.

Nico Hoerner 2B | CHC
Cubs' Nico Hoerner: Collects two hits Friday
Hoerner went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Friday's 3-0 win over the Yankees. He was also caught stealing.
Hoerner helped lead the offense from the leadoff spot, snapping an 0-for-9 hitless slump across the last two games. He was caught stealing for the third time this season, though he does have 20 stolen bases, so he's been mostly successful in that department. Hoerner's next stolen base will set a new career high.

Ha-seong Kim 2B | ATL
Padres' Ha-Seong Kim: Dealing with toe injury
Kim jammed his right big toe during Friday's game against the Mets and is considered day-to-day, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.
In the seventh inning, Kim was thrown out at third base when attempting to stretch a double into a triple. In frustration, he kicked a water cooler in the dugout stairwell, resulting in the toe injury. Kim was subsequently removed from the contest, and Cassavell reports that X-rays on the toe were negative. At this point, it's unclear if Kim will be in the lineup Saturday.
