Abreu went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Wednesday's 8-7 win over Kansas City.

Abreu, who smacked his 14th homer in a five-run second inning, is up to 46 RBI, one behind Minnesota's Eddie Rosario, who leads the AL in RBI. After dipping below 100 RBI for the first time in his MLB career in 2018, Abreu is back to being an RBI machine.

Voit went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and two runs in a 7-0 victory against the Padres on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old continues to hit for a ton of power and record his fair share of walks. Behind 32 free passes and 22 extra-base hits, Voit owns an .892 OPS. He is batting .262 with 14 home runs, 38 RBI and 37 runs in 202 at-bats.

Dixon went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Wednesday against the Orioles.

Dixon took Branden Kline deep in the ninth inning to give the Tigers a 4-2 victory. It was his fifth home run of the season and second in his past five games. He's also put together a seven-game hitting streak, raising his average to a solid .306 mark across 75 plate appearances. Dixon has appeared mostly at first base this season, though the Tigers have recently given him playing time in left field and third base, indicating that they want to find Dixon more consistent playing time.

Diaz (hand) took swings in the batting cage again Wednesday and felt slightly less discomfort, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports. "Yandy still feels it when he swings," manager Kevin Cash said. "I think Yandy is going to try to get here tomorrow and take [batting practice] on the field, even though we're not hitting on the field, but he'll get here at some point."

Diaz reported that his left hand felt better overall than it did during Tuesday's session, but that still doesn't figure to be enough for him to be activated Thursday, the first day he's eligible to come off the injured list.

Santana went 3-for-4 with two walks, a double, a triple, a home run, five RBI and four runs scored Wednesday against the Red Sox.

Santana had a tremendous day at the plate, falling just a single short of the cycle. He began the effort with an RBI triple, his first three-bagger of the season. Later, in the fourth frame, Santana took Ryan Weber deep for a solo home run, his 10th of the season. Santana has maintained an uncharacteristically high .284 batting average through 231 plate appearances this season, while also providing 34 RBI and 33 run scored across 54 games.

Cabrera went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk, two RBI and a run scored Wednesday against the Mariners.

Cabrera began his productive day early, delivering an RBI single in first inning and following that up by driving in the game-winning run on a double in the ninth frame. His batting average continues to lag at .224 for the season, but he's otherwise been productive, smacking nine home runs to go along with 31 RBI and 25 runs scored across 181 plate appearances.

Mountcastle received a cortisone shot on his sore left wrist Wednesday, David Hall of The Virginian-Pilot reports.

Mountcastle is out of the lineup for a fifth straight game Wednesday, though his absence is being considered precautionary. Following Wednesday's injection, Mountcastle could return to action with Triple-A Norfolk as soon as Saturday. Prior to suffering the injury, the 22-year-old Mountcastle was hitting .326/.351/.528 with seven homers and 33 RBI in 43 games for the Tides.

Guerrero is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Rays.

Guerrero sits for the fourth time since his late-April debut. The 20-year-old's .225/.301/.402 line through his first 27 games is well below the lofty expectations set for him, though a .237 BABIP can likely be blamed for some of his struggles, as he sports a much stronger .281 expected batting average according to Statcast. Brandon Drury gets the start at third base.

Olson went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Angels.

Olson's sixth-inning long ball tied the game at four runs apiece, but it was all the offense the Athletics could muster. The first baseman has six homers, 10 RBI and 11 runs scored in 19 games in May. For the year, he's hitting .238/.330/.500 over 80 at-bats.

Diaz (hand) took batting practice Tuesday but still felt discomfort, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

This report dovetails with an update from Monday that relayed Diaz was unlikely to return when first eligible to come off the injured list Thursday. Given that he felt discomfort Tuesday, it's possible Diaz takes some days off before attempting to swing a bat again.
