Olson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Thursday's loss at Angel Stadium.

Olson crushed a 422-foot homer off Griffin Canning in the fourth inning. The 25-year-old now has seven homers in June and 14 on the season. Not bad, considering he missed over a month while on the injured list. Overall, Olson is hitting .244/.328/.540 with 27 RBI and 26 runs scored over 176 plate appearances.

Calhoun went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and another run scored in Thursday's victory over the A's.

Calhoun gave the Angels the lead with a two-run shot off Tanner Anderson in the second inning. He was also intentionally walked for the first time this season, which resulted in another run scored for the outfielder. Calhoun's streakiness has made him a tough player to trust, but when he's hot, he's able to provide power. Overall, the 31-year-old is hitting .230/.323/.471 with 17 home runs, 48 runs scored and 40 RBI.

The Twins officially recalled Wade from Triple-A Rochester ahead of Thursday's game against the Rays.

Wade will head to the big leagues for the first time in his career with the Minnesota outfield having been gutted by injuries lately. Though Max Kepler (elbow) will rejoin the lineup Thursday, Eddie Rosario (ankle) is viewed as day-to-day and could require a trip to the injured list if he doesn't heal as anticipated over the weekend. The Twins will give utility man Luis Arraez a spin in left field in Rosario's stead Thursday, so Wade looks like he'll serve as a fourth outfielder while he's up with the big club.

Diaz (hamstring) was activated from the 10-day injured list and will start at third base and bat cleanup Thursday against the Twins, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

The Rays optioned reliever Hunter Wood to Triple-A Durham in a corresponding move, clearing the way for Diaz to rejoin the roster after a week-and-a-half-long stay on the IL. Now that he's healthy again, Diaz -- who owns an .865 OPS over 248 plate appearances this season -- should reclaim an everyday gig at either corner-infield spot, bumping Joey Wendle back into a utility role as a result.

The Twins will call up Wade from Triple-A Rochester ahead of Thursday's game against the Rays, Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports.

The transaction isn't official and Minnesota has yet to announce a corresponding move for its 25-man roster, but Wade is likely joining the Twins to offer an extra body in the outfield with Eddie Rosario (ankle) and Max Kepler (elbow) both banged up. With Byron Buxton (wrist) and Marwin Gonzalez (hamstring) already stuck on the 10-day injured list, Wade could claim an everyday role for Minnesota if one or both of Rosario and Kepler are ultimately shut down through the All-Star break. Wade has slashed .248/.393/.366 with five home runs and six steals in 302 plate appearances in the International League this season.

Abreu went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run, four RBI and two runs in an 8-7 victory against the Red Sox on Wednesday.

The 32-year-old is experiencing an exponentially better month at the plate than a generally lackluster May during which he hit .225, albeit with 10 home runs. Following his seventh multi-hit game of June, Abreu is now batting .287 with four homers and nine RBI this month. That's raised his season average to .260 and boosted his slugging percentage above .500. Overall, he has 19 home runs, 59 RBI, 40 runs and two stolen bases in 311 at-bats this season.

Bour went 2-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI in a win over the Reds on Wednesday.

Bour hit a fastball for a solo home run in the fifth inning and added a three-run shot in the eighth inning for his first mult-home run game of the season. Since coming back from Triple-A, Bour has four home runs in 24 plate appearances. Overall, Bour has a .190/.272/.430 slash line this season.

Dixon allowed 1-for-4 with a solo home run Wednesday against the Rangers.

Dixon accounted for the Tigers' only offense on the evening, taking Mike Minor deep in the fourth inning. It was his 10th homer of the season, and third in his past 10 games. Though he's striking out at a 31 percent clip, Dixon has managed a solid .488 slugging percentage and .231 ISO through 167 plate appearances.

Manager Kevin Cash said there is a "very good chance" Diaz (hamstring) returns from the injured list Thursday, Josh Tolentino of The Athletic reports.

Diaz has been sidelined since June 16 with a hamstring injury, but it sounds like he's on track to return from the injured list when first eligible Thursday. Prior to landing on the shelf, the third baseman slashed .286/.363/.502 with 11 home runs and a stolen base in 56 games.

Calhoun is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Reds.

Calhoun will retreat to the bench for Wednesday's series finale after starting the past eight games and going 7-for-32 (.219) with a pair of home runs and a 27.8 percent strikeout rate during that stretch. Brian Goodwin is starting in right field Wednesday.
