Diaz isn't starting Saturday's game against the Angels, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Diaz had started each of the last two games and went 1-for-7 with two runs, two walks and two strikeouts. Ji-Man Choi will start at first base while Austin Meadows serves as the designated hitter.

Vaughn isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Mariners.

Vaughn has gone 1-for-14 with a double and two strikeouts across his last four appearances, and he'll be out of the lineup for the second time in the last three games. Jake Lamb will start in left field and bat sixth.

Kirilloff isn't starting Saturday against Cleveland.

Kirilloff blasted his sixth home run of the season during Friday's win over Cleveland, but he'll get a day off Saturday. Miguel Sano will start at first base, while Trevor Larnach will take over in right field.

Abreu went 0-for-3 and was hit by a pitch in Friday's 9-3 loss to Seattle.

Abreu, one of the game's most consistent offensive forces, has struggled during the month of June, hitting just .173 with seven RBI over 20 games. That has led manager Tony La Russa to wonder if the slugger is healthy, according to Scott Merkin of MLB.com. "There's 'hurt' and 'sore,' you know? It sure seems to me he's dealing with some pain issues that he wants to play through," La Russa said of Abreu. "We're going to talk to him about it. There's still three-plus months to go." The manager made clear he was using "observational analytics" when talking about Abreu, so nothing has been decided as of yet.

Guerrero went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-5 extra-inning loss to the Orioles.

He ripped a line drive to center field off Matt Harvey in the third inning for his 25th homer of the year -- a ball hit so hard, it beat Cedric Mullins to the wall even though the Baltimore center fielder raced back thinking he had a chance to make a play on it. Guerrero reclaimed the major-league home run lead with the blast, and he continues to torment opposition pitchers with a .340 batting average and 1.116 OPS through 74 games.

Mountcastle went 2-for-4 with a walk, a run scored and an RBI in Friday's 6-5 extra-inning win over the Blue Jays.

He was a key part of Baltimore's four-run rally in the eighth inning and trotted home with the tying run on an Austin Hays double. Mountcastle continues to feast on Toronto pitching, going 9-for-20 (.450) in five games against the AL East rivals this year with three walks, three homers, four RBI and five runs.

Naylor went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Friday's 8-7 loss to Minnesota.

Naylor made things interesting when he took Minnesota reliever Hansel Robles deep in the ninth inning, but Cleveland couldn't tie the game. The 24-year-old Naylor has gone 7-for-18 (.389) with two home runs and four RBI in his last five games. He's slashing .255/.304/.403 across 247 plate appearances in a near-everyday role this season.

Kirilloff went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 8-7 win over Cleveland.

The 23-year-old gave Minnesota its first lead of the game with his third-inning homer. Kirilloff is slashing .260/.303/.442 with six home runs, 26 RBI, 16 runs scored and a stolen base across 165 plate appearances. He seems to be manager Rocco Baldelli's preferred option at first base versus right-handed pitchers, while Miguel Sano is more likely to draw in against southpaws.

Lowe went 3-for-4 with a triple, two RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 9-4 win over Kansas City.

The first baseman gave Texas its first lead of the game with a two-RBI triple in the fourth inning before coming around to score on Jonah Heim's single. Lowe has hit safely in seven straight games, going 11-for-26 (.423) in that span. The 25-year-old is slashing .259/.357/.411 with 10 home runs, 40 RBI, 35 runs scored and four stolen bases across 314 plate appearances this year.

Dalbec is out of the lineup Friday against the Yankees, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Dalbec started the past five games and will head to the bench after striking out nine times in his past 11 plate appearances. Michael Chavis will start at first base and bat leadoff in his place.
