Eagles' Charley Hughlett: Activated from IR
The Eagles activated Hughlett (abdomen) from injured reserve Friday, and he carries no injury designation into Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Hughlett underwent surgery for an abdominal injury in early October. He was designated to return from IR on Wednesday and has been given the green light to return after logging a full week of practice.

Carter (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Carter was unable to practice this week, making it consecutive weeks on the bench for the defensive lineman. Byron Young will likely continue to see an increased snap share at defensive tackle in the 2023 first-rounder's absence.

Eagles' Fred Johnson: Dealing with ankle injury
Johnson (ankle) was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's walkthrough.
The swing tackle was not listed on Wednesday's injury report. Johnson has been starting at right tackle in place of Lane Johnson, who has missed the last three games with a Lisfranc sprain in his right foot. Philadelphia does not have another healthy tackle on its active roster.

Eagles' Landon Dickerson: Sits out of practice
Dickerson (calf) was estimated as a non-participant in Thursday's walkthrough.
The left guard was listed as limited in Wednesday's walkthrough. Dickerson suffered the calf injury in Monday's loss to the Chargers, and he had to go to the locker room in the second quarter before returning. His absence might just be a precaution, but if he has to sit Sunday against the Raiders, Brett Toth might be the next man up.

The five-time All-Pro has missed the last three games due to a right Lisfranc sprain, and he appears likely to miss another this Sunday against the Raiders. Eagles' Jalen Carter: DNP again Thursday
Carter (shoulder) did not participate in Thursday's practice.
Carter was unable to upgrade his participation level for Thursday's practice after being unavailable for Wednesday's walkthrough. The defensive tackle missed his second game of the season last Monday, a game the Eagles lost to the Chargers in overtime. Carter will have just one more chance to upgrade his practice participation, and is unlikely to be available for Sunday's game against the Raiders without such an upgrade. If the Georgia product is unable to play, Byron Young will continue to see more defensive snaps.

Eagles' Cameron Williams: Designated to return from IR
The Eagles opened the practice window for Williams (shoulder) to return from injured reserve Thursday.
The Eagles will now have 21 days to activate Williams, or he will be forced to remain on IR for the rest of the season. The tackle's return would offer a strong reserve option for an Eagles team that has dealt with constant injuries to its offensive linemen this season.
