    Minnesota waived Lewis on Sunday, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports. Lewis entered training camp looking to compete for a depth spot on the 53-man roster, but he played only in the Vikings preseason finale against the Titans on Friday, finishing with one catch (on three targets) for 13 yards. The undrafted rookie out of Auburn will look to catch on with a team in need of wide receiver depth, assuming he clears waivers.
