The Raiders waived Kennard (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The injury settlement allows the 2025 fourth-rounder to sign and play with a team once fully healthy, and he could remain in Las Vegas as a member of the practice squad. Kennard appeared in five regular-season games for the Chargers last year, finishing with two tackles (one solo).
