  • Cardinals' Travis Vokolek: Done for the year

The Cardinals placed Vokolek on injured reserve Wednesday due to a season-ending neck injury, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports. Vokolek was carted off the field during Arizona's loss to the Colts in Week 6 due to a neck injury and concussion suffered during kickoff coverage. He was evaluated at a local hospital before being released the same day, but head coach Jonathan Gannon confirmed that the third-year tight end won't be a candidate to return to action this season. Vokolek suited up for a career-high five regular-season games with Arizona in 2025, though he wasn't targeted on offense.

  • Cardinals' Travis Vokolek: Ruled out

Vokolek (neck) will not return to Sunday's game. Vokolek was carted off the field after going down on a Colts kickoff. The 27-year-old is primarily a special teams player and has played just 32 offensive snaps through the first six weeks of the campaign.

  • Cardinals' Travis Vokolek: Healthy scratch

Vokolek (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Packers. Vokolek made his 2024 season debut in Week 4 against the Commanders and played 14 snaps (12 offensive), but he's been a healthy scratch for every other game. The undrafted tight end out of Nebraska has made three NFL appearances over the last two seasons, but he's yet to record a target.

  • Travis Vokolek: Heading to Baltimore

Vokolek is slated to sign with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. Vokolek played in 10 games in his final season at Nebraska, catching 20 passes for 240 yards and three touchdowns. His blocking and catching ability steadily improved over his college career, and though he still needs to develop his fundamental skills, he has the size and strength to stick on an NFL roster.
