    Denver signed Jacobs to a reserve/future contract Monday, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports. Jacobs was not able to make his regular-season NFL debut in 2023, but he'll get a chance to compete for a spot on the Broncos' 53-man roster for 2024. He turns 26 in November.

  • Demontrey Jacobs: Waived by Denver

    The Broncos waived Jacobs (ankle) on Tuesday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports. Jacobs sustained an ankle injury during Saturday's preseason finale against the Rams but appears to have moved past the issue since he wasn't waived with an injury designation. He'll attempt to find another opportunity ahead of the 2023 campaign.
