    The Chiefs placed (Downs) knee on injured reserve Tuesday, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports. Downs' season is over after he tore his ACL during Tuesday's practice session. The 23-year-old will now shift his focus to getting healthy, and he will look to make his NFL debut during the 2027 campaign.
