Lester Cotton: Gets let go

Cotton was waived by the Dolphins on Monday, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports. Cotton's exit comes as the team activated Isaiah Wynn (quadriceps) from the reserve/PUP list and needed to open up a roster spot to do so. It's possible the 28-year-old could find a spot on the team's practice squad, assuming he clears waivers.

Dolphins' Lester Cotton: Active in Week 5

Cotton (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Giants. Cotton dealt with an ankle injury throughout the week, but after logging three limited practices he'll be ready to suit up. He should serve as a reserve guard for Miami.
