  • Steelers' Josh Jackson: Iffy for Sunday

Jackson (groin) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Eagles, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports. Jackson didn't practice Friday due to a groin injury he presumably picked up during Week 7. He logged limited sessions Thursday and Friday, putting him in a line to be a game-time decision Sunday.

  • Steelers' Josh Jackson: Stays in Pittsburgh

Jackson signed with the Steelers on Saturday. Jackson has played with the Steelers' practice squad since Week 4's matchup against the Jets. Through his two games with the team, he recorded two tackles (one solo) and one forced recovery. With both Cameron Sutton and Levi Wallace out, Jackson will join the 53-man roster from the practice squad.

  • Packers' Josh Jackson: Fills in Monday

Jackson recorded two solo tackles in Monday's 30-16 win over the Falcons. Chandon Sullivan (concussion) exited after just three snaps, and Kevin King (quadriceps) left early as well, so Jackson took over at outside cornerback and logged 28 of 70 defensive snaps (40 percent). The 2018 second-round pick has struggled to get his footing in the NFL, and he could drop back to a reserve role following the Week 5 bye if King and Sullivan are cleared to play.

  • Packers' Josh Jackson: Plays every game as rookie

Jackson played all 16 games in his rookie season and tallied 49 tackles (39 solo), 10 pass deflections and no interceptions. Jackson started 10 games for the Packers but his performance was rather inconsistent. He should play a key role again in his second season, though he'll head into the offseason no higher than the No. 3 corner on the depth chart, assuming both Jaire Alexander (groin) and Kevin King (hamstring) are healthy for the start of OTAs.

  • Packers' Josh Jackson: Big impact in preseason game

Jackson had one solo tackle, returned an interception for a touchdown, and added a 41-yard punt return in Thursday's preseason game against the Steelers. Jackson showed the playmaking ability that made him a second-round pick in April's draft. He figures to open as the Packers' fourth or fifth cornerback, but he'll have a chance to make an impact in his rookie season.
