The Panthers claimed Jelks off waivers Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Jelks was waived by the Cowboys in order to make room for Everson Griffen on the roster, but he didn't have to wait long to find a new team. The 24-year-old has yet to see regular-season action since he came into the league as a seventh-round pick in the 2019 draft.
