The Lions placed Branch (Achilles) on the active/PUP list Sunday.

Branch's move to the PUP list doesn't come as a surprise, as the 24-year-old is continuing to recover from a torn Achilles suffered last December. While there's currently no concrete timeline on his return, he should resume his role as Detroit's starting strong safety once healthy.

The Patriots placed Webb (arm) on injured reserve Sunday, Evan Lazar of the team's official site reports.

Webb's move to injured reserve comes after the 25-year-old sustained an arm injury during Saturday's practice. He now will be forced to miss the entirety of the upcoming campaign unless he's waived with an injury settlement.

The Broncos placed Turner (undisclosed) on the active/non-football injury list Sunday, Nick Kosmider of The Athletic reports.

Turner is dealing with an undisclosed issue and will be unable to practice until he's activated off the NFI list. The 24-year-old racked up seven tackles (one solo) across seven games with Denver last season and will compete for a depth spot once healthy.

The Jaguars placed Van Lanen (knee) on the active/PUP list Sunday.

Van Lanen sat out January's wild-card loss to the Bills with a knee injury, though it's unclear whether his current absence is related to that issue. The 27-year-old will be eligible to participate in practice once healthy but will be limited to sideline work until then.

Lowe exited San Francisco's practice Sunday with an ankle injury, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports.

Lowe's injury is not expected to be serious, though there's currently no concrete timeline on his return. Enrique Cruz entered at left tackle after Lowe left practice.

The 49ers signed Givens to a one-year deal Sunday.

Chisena is competing for a depth receiver spot after having signed a reserve/future contract with the Panthers in January. The 28-year-old was seen on the sideline during Sunday's session, although the severity and nature of his injury is currently unknown.
