Ray Davis RB | BUF
Bills' Ray Davis: Active in Week 4
Davis (hamstring) is expected to play against the Patriots on Sunday.
Davis was questionable heading into Sunday's game after participating as a limited participant in Friday's practice. The 26-year-old has one rushing attempt through three regular-season games for three yards.

Marlin Klein TE | HOU
Texans' Marlin Klein: Inactive for Week 4
Klein (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.
The rookie second-rounder will be a healthy scratch for the first time this season, and his next chance to play is Week 5 against the Titans on Sunday, Oct. 11. Cade Stover and Brevin Jordan will serve as the Texans' depth options at tight end behind Dalton Schultz and Foster Moreau.

Jaylin Lane WR | WAS
Commanders' Jaylin Lane: Ruled out for remainder of Week 4
Lane (ankle) has been officially ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's matchup against the Colts in London, England, Tashan Reed of The Washington Post reports.
Lane suffered an ankle injury during a kickoff return early in the third quarter and had to be carted off the field. He appeared unable to put any weight on his left leg and was ruled out from returning shortly thereafter. Dyami Brown handled Washington's next kickoff return and could take over in that role during Lane's absence.

Jeremy Reaves DB | WAS
Commanders' Jeremy Reaves: Exits game with finger injury
Reaves (finger) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Colts.
Reaves appeared to sustain the injury early in the third quarter, and he's being evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game. Percy Butler is in line for more defensive snaps for as long as Reaves is sidelined.
-
Brock Bowers TE | LV
Raiders' Brock Bowers: Set to play through illness
Bowers is now being listed with an illness on the Raiders' injury report, but he doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game against the Chiefs and is set to play, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
While it's less than ideal for fantasy managers that Bowers is feeling under the weather in the hours leading up to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, the Raiders' decision not to give him a designation implies that whatever ailment he's dealing with isn't too significant. After missing the Raiders' first two games of the season while recovering from a meniscus trim of his left knee, Bowers showed no signs of rust in his 2026 debut during last Sunday's win over the Saints, playing 55 of the team's 70 offensive snaps (79 percent) and finishing with a 10-116-1 receiving line on 14 targets.
-
Trey Hendrickson LB | BAL
Ravens' Trey Hendrickson: Inactive for Week 4
Hendrickson (finger) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Hendrickson underwent surgery on his finger earlier this week and will be sidelined for Sunday's game as a result. Mike Green and rookie second-rounder Zion Young are both in line for larger roles in the absence of Hendrickson, whose next chance to play is Week 5 against the Falcons on Sunday, Oct. 11.
-
B.J. Hill DT | CIN
Bengals' B.J. Hill: Missing another contest
Hill (Achilles) is inactive for Sunday's clash against the Jaguars.
Hill will miss his third straight game after suffering an Achilles injury in Week 1. He did manage a limited practice session Friday after beginning the week with a pair of DNPs, so he may be ready to start ramping up toward a return. Kris Jenkins may continue to log more defensive reps Sunday in Hill's stead.
-
Colby Parkinson TE | LAR
Rams' Colby Parkinson: Unavailable in Week 4
Parkinson (shoulder/knee) is inactive for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Eagles.
The veteran tight end took a questionable tag into the weekend after missing practice all week, and Parkinson's inactive status has now been confirmed. While he tends to his pair of injuries and targets a return for a Monday night, Oct. 12 home showdown with the Bills in Week 5, Parkinson's snaps and targets are expected to be absorbed by Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen and rookie second-round pick Max Klare, the Rams' three remaining healthy tight ends with Terrance Ferguson (ankle, IR) also unavailable.
-
Joe Fagnano QB | BAL
Ravens' Joe Fagnano: Emergency QB3 for Week 4
Fagnano (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Ravens' emergency third quarterback against the Titans on Sunday.
Fagnano will be the Ravens' emergency QB3 for a fourth consecutive game, meaning he cannot play Sunday unless both Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.
-
Chris Moore WR | BAL
Ravens' Chris Moore: Won't play against Tennessee
Moore (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Moore was able to play through an ankle injury against the Cowboys in Week 3, but the veteran wideout will be held out of Sunday's contest. Devontez Walker, LaJohntay Wester and Elijah Sarratt are all in line for more offensive snaps Sunday in the absence of Moore, whose next chance to play is Week 5 against the Falcons on Sunday, Oct. 11.
