  • Arden Key DE | IND

Colts' Arden Key: Signs with Indy

Key (hip) signed with the Colts on Thursday, Amanda Foster of the team's official site reports.

The linebacker missed Week 18 of last season due to a hip injury, but he appears to be healthy again. Key played in 12 games last year for the Titans, recording 22 tackles (nine solo), including 4.0 sacks. He has finished with 4.0 or more sacks in each of the last five campaigns.

  • Chiefs' Emari Demercado: Finds new home in KC

Demercado and the Chiefs have agreed to terms of a one-year contract, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

Kansas City kicked off free agency by inking Super Bowl LX MVP and former Seahawk Kenneth Walker to lead the Chiefs backfield, and the addition of Demercado continues to the overhaul at the position. Demercado has racked up 126 carries for 819 yards (6.5 YPC) and three touchdowns and hauled in 50 of 70 targets for 324 yards and one more TD in 40 career regular-season games across three campaigns. He'll be in the mix for touches along with Brashard Smith behind Walker in 2026.

  • Trent Brown OT | HOU

Texans' Trent Brown: Progressing in recovery

Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports that Brown is recovering well from an ankle injury that prevented him from playing in the Texans' AFC divisional-round loss to the Patriots in mid-January.

Brown missed time toward the tail end of the 2025 season due to ankle and knee injuries. He's progressed enough in his recovery to start lifting weights at the Texans' facility and could be available for the start of offseason programming. Brown started at right tackle in all 13 regular-season games he appeared in last year, but he'll likely operate in a reserve role in 2026 after Houston signed Braden Smith to a two-year, $25 million contract Tuesday.

  • Keir Thomas LB | LAR

Rams' Keir Thomas: Staying with Rams

Thomas signed a one-year contract with the Rams on Thursday, Wyatt Miller of the team's official site reports.

Thomas signed with the Rams in May of 2022 as an undrafted free agent and appeared in 17 regular-season games in his first three NFL seasons. He missed the entire 2025 season while on injured reserve due to an undisclosed issue. Thomas will compete for a depth role on defense and as a contributor on special teams for the 2026 season.

  • Jonathan Jones DB | PHI

    Eagles' Jonathan Jones: Joining Philly

Jones is in line to sign a one-year deal with the Eagles, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The cornerback finished with 41 tackles (30 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and five passes defensed in 12 games for the Commanders in 2025. Jones spent the first nine seasons of his career with the Patriots, recording more than 40 tackles and five pass breakups in seven of those campaigns. The veteran should have a chance to compete for time as Philly's third corner alongside Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean.

  • Matt Pryor OT | ARI

Cardinals' Matt Pryor: Heading to Arizona

Pryor signed a one-year contract with the Cardinals on Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Pryor served mostly on special teams and in a depth role for the Eagles in 2025, though he did start at right tackle in Week 18 against the Commanders. The 2018 sixth-rounder's addition gives the Cardinals additional depth on the offensive line.

  • Dolphins' Robert Beal: Taking talents to South Beach

Beal signed a one-year contract with the Dolphins on Thursday.

Beal was drafted by the 49ers in the fifth round of the 2023 NFL Draft and spent the first three years of his professional career with San Francisco. He mostly served in a rotational role on the Niners' defensive line last year while also contributing on special teams. Beal was limited to just seven regular-season games due to a groin injury and concussion, finishing with 14 tackles (three solo). He'll get a fresh start in Miami and look to earn a bigger role for himself on defense.

  • Cardinals' Elijah Wilkinson: Signs with Arizona

Wilkinson signed with the Cardinals on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

The veteran offensive lineman started all 17 games for the Falcons in 2025, and he has started 62 of the 96 regular-season games he's played in during his career. Wilkinson should have a chance to at least compete for a spot in Arizona.

  • D'Anthony Bell DB | SEA

Seahawks' D'Anthony Bell: Back with Seattle

Bell signed a one-year deal with the Seahawks on Thursday, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

The safety and special teamer suited up for 14 games with the Seahawks last year, seeing action on 252 special-teams snaps and 95 defensive snaps, though he ended the season with the Panthers. Bell made 15 tackles (six solo) for Seattle in 2025.

  • Saints' Dillon Radunz: Returning to NOLA on two-year deal

Radunz signed a two-year contract with the Saints on Thursday.

Radunz joined the Saints for the 2025 season after spending the first four years of his NFL career with the Titans. He started in 10 of 15 regular-season games for New Orleans last year but will likely operate in a reserve role at guard in 2026 behind projected starters Cesar Ruiz and newcomer David Edwards.
