  • George Holani RB | SEA

Seahawks' George Holani: Taking most of first-team reps

Holani has often been the first running back through the rotation at Seattle's OTAs, according to Gregg Bell of The News Tribune.

With Kenneth Walker in Kansas City and Zach Charbonnet (knee) recovering from late-February ACL surgery, Holani is the veteran holdover in Seattle's backfield. First-round pick Jadarian Price is a clear favorite to lead the team in carries come Week 1, but it sounds like Holani is getting more snaps with the starters during the offseason program. Meanwhile, free-agent signing Emanuel Wilson reportedly is getting a lot of his work with the third-string offense. Holani, a 2024 UDFA, is still a long shot for mainstream fantasy value, but he's at least earning a spot on deep-sleeper lists and generating some interest as an end-game pick for best ball.

  • Jadarian Price RB | SEA

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Getting first-team reps already

Price has been mixing in with Seattle's starters at OTAs, including for a full drive during Wednesday's practice, according to Gregg Bell of The News Tribune.

The report suggests George Holani has mostly been first through the backfield rotation, with Price also getting some first-team reps, while Emanuel Wilson is largely working with backups. Bell also suggests Zach Charbonnet (knee) could be part of the team's plan as early as September or October, even though Charbonnet underwent ACL surgery in late February. Price, the 32nd overall pick this spring, remains a solid favorite to lead Seattle in carries come Week 1. However, the rookie could end up in a three-man rotation with Holani handling pass-catching work and Wilson taking some of the inside carries and/or pass-blocking snaps.

  • J.J. McCarthy QB | MIN

Vikings' J.J. McCarthy: Sharing snaps with Murray

McCarthy and free-agent addition Kyler Murray shared QB reps during Tuesday's mandatory minicamp practice, Lindsey Young of the Vikings' official site reports.

Fellow signal callers Carson Wentz and Max Brosmer remain in the reserve mix, while Kevin Seifert of ESPN relays that Murray was on the field for the first QB snaps during team drills Tuesday, after which McCarthy took about an equal number of snaps with the starters -- as was the trend during the media-access portions of Minnesota's OTAs. Per Seifert, Murray is viewed as the favorite to win the the team's ongoing quarterback competition, but at this stage the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft continues his transition to a new offensive system while splitting work with McCarthy, the 10th overall pick in 2024, who is coming off a 2025 campaign in which he threw for 1,632 yards with an 11:12 TD:INT in 10 regular-season starts.

  • Malik Nabers WR | NYG

Giants' Malik Nabers: At 80 percent mark in rehab process

Giants coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday that he's "very hopeful" Nabers (knee) will "be back soon," estimating that the wideout has completed 70-to-80 percent of his rehab process, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

It sounds much more optimistic than Harbaugh's quotes from three weeks prior (May 21), when he told reports that Nabers was in the "slog of [his rehab], the grind of it." Harbaugh now estimates that the star wideout is three-fourths of the way through his rehab, which perhaps sounds promising yet still makes Nabers highly unlikely to be ready for the start of training camp. While the Giants have yet to comment on expectations for the regular season, fantasy managers should assume a high level of risk that Nabers isn't ready for Week 1. His injury entailed a a meniscus tear in addition to an ACL tear, and he had a procedure in April to remove scar tissue that formed after the initial surgery (Oct. 28).

  • Lane Johnson OT | PHI

Eagles' Lane Johnson: Participating in minicamp

Johnson (foot) is participating in Philadelphia's minicamp, Jeff McLane of the Inquirer reports.

Johnson missed the last eight games of the 2025 campaign (including playoffs) with a Lisfranc injury but is now healthy again. The 36-year-old will once again serve as the Eagles' starting right tackle during the upcoming season.

  • Ikem Ekwonu OT | CAR

Panthers' Ikem Ekwonu: Progressing in recovery

Ekwonu is progressing well from the knee injury he suffered in January, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.

Ekwonu said he is "crushing it" in rehab as he works his way back from a ruptured patellar tendon in his right knee. The 2022 first-round pick is expected to return to the field at some point during the upcoming campaign.

  • Wanya Morris OT | ATL

Chiefs' Wanya Morris: On trade block

Kansas City will explore trade options for Morris, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports.

Morris has spent his entire three-year career with the team but is looking for an exit with no guaranteed starting spot in K.C. The 25-year-old landed on the injured reserve last December with a knee injury but is healthy again and participated in OTAs.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Gets in some light on-field work

Charbonnet, who underwent surgery to repair a torn ACL in mid-February, was spotted doing what Brendon Nelson of SI.com describes as some light on-field work during Tuesday's mandatory minicamp session.

Per Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune, while Charbonnet's teammates warmed up on the main field Tuesday, the running back did about 15 minutes of high-knee hurdler steps while dressed in sweats and flat running shoes, as well as lateral movement and other low-impact drills. Though his presence on the field in any capacity is encouraging, given the typical eight-to-12 month recovery period for his surgery, it remains to be seen when Charbonnet will be cleared for full participation. He's on track to miss time at the beginning of the regular season, paving the way for 2026 first-round pick Jadarian Price, as well as George Holani and Emanuel Wilson, to handle Seattle's backfield duties.

  • Trent Brown OT | HOU

    Texans' Trent Brown: Healthy again

Brown (ankle) participated in Houston's minicamp practice Tuesday, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Brown has recovered from the ankle injury that forced him to miss the Texans' AFC divisional-round loss to the Patriots back in January. The 33-year-old was working with the first-team offense Tuesday, but he's expected to serve as the backup right tackle behind Braden Smith during the regular season.

  • Jaguars' Trystan Colon: Headed to Jacksonville

The Jaguars signed Colon (wrist) on Thursday.

Colon spent last season with the Lions before being placed on injured reserve in January due to a wrist issue. The 28-year-old is now healthy and will look to earn a spot on Jacksonville's 53-man roster.
