  • Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN

Broncos' Jaylen Waddle: Spotted at practice Wednesday

Waddle (leg) was on the field Wednesday for the start of the Broncos' practice session, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Following Sunday's 30-26 win over the Rams, Waddle was spotted wearing a walking boot on his right foot. His presence on the field begin Week 4 prep suggests he might have been wearing the boot as a precaution, but fantasy managers will nonetheless want to track Waddle's practice activity leading up to this weekend's game in San Francisco. Through his first three contests with the Broncos, Waddle has recorded 11 catches for 150 yards on 20 targets while carrying once for a 14-yard gain.

  • Zay Flowers WR | BAL

Ravens' Zay Flowers: Limited practice Wednesday

Flowers (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice, Sam Cohn of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Baltimore is continuing to exercise caution with its star receiver, who is working his way back to 100 percent from a hamstring injury. Flowers was effective in his return Sunday but logged only 21 (33 percent) snaps. He didn't aggravate the injury Sunday, though his practice reps remain limited for now.

  • Jaxson Dart QB | NYG

Giants' Jaxson Dart: Has surgery on meniscus, MCL

Dart recently underwent surgery to repair the meniscus and MCL in his left knee, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

Dart's ACL and PCL were apparently spared, but the quarterback remains done for the 2026 regular season after he was injured in the first quarter of Week 2 against the Rams. It's unclear if Dart could make a postseason return if the Giants are able to make it that far. Jameis Winston and newly acquired J.J. McCarthy will handle quarterback duties moving forward this season.

  • Lamar Jackson QB | BAL

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Limited due to back injury

Jackson was listed as limited Wednesday due to a back injury, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

According to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, Jackson wasn't on the field early in Wednesday's practice but later joined his teammates. Coach Jesse Minter downplayed the issue after practice, and now it's official that Jackson is dealing with a back issue. Jackson's status for Sunday doesn't appear to be in jeopardy at this stage, but this will be one to monitor going into the weekend.

  • Ben Sinnott TE | WAS

Commanders' Ben Sinnott: Limited with rib injury

Sinnott (ribs) was estimated as limited in Wednesday's practice.

Sinnott played 34 offensive snaps in the upset win over the Seahawks in Week 3, and now his status is in some question heading into the Commanders' matchup with the Colts in London on Sunday. While Sinnott earned a limited designation Washington, the Commanders merely held a walkthrough. Sinnott's status will particularly bear monitoring the rest of the week, as Chig Okonkwo (hamstring) remains questionable after missing the last two games.

  • Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC

Jaguars' Jakobi Meyers: Limited with thumb issue

Meyers (thumb) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Meyers dealt with the thumb issue last week but ultimately didn't carry an injury designation into last Sunday's blowout win over the Patriots, where the veteran wideout hung a 7-64-1 receiving line on eight targets. Playing as a clear starter ahead of Brian Thomas, Meyers has 10 catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns on 11 targets through three games this season.

  • Commanders' Chig Okonkwo: Estimated as limited Wednesday

Okonkwo (hamstring) was estimated as a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

The veteran traveled with the team to London but still has some hurdles to clear before he returns to the field. Okonkwo has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since the season opener. It's worth noting that Wednesday's practice was a walkthrough, so this report was only an estimation. Thursday's session will shed more light on Okonkwo's status heading into the Week 4 matchup against the Colts. Fellow tight end Ben Sinnott was also estimated as limited due to a rib injury.

  • Tony Pollard RB | TEN

Titans' Tony Pollard: Nursing foot issue

Pollard was a non-participant in Wednesday's practice due to a foot injury.

Pollard appeared on the Titans' Week 3 injury report due to ankle issue, but he's tending to a different health concern in Week 4. Even so, head coach Robert Saleh told Turron Davenport of ESPN.com earlier Wednesday that he doesn't think the injury is anything that will affect Pollard's status for Sunday's game against the Ravens. Through the Titans' first three games, Pollard has yet to record a touchdown and has carried 38 times for 173 yards while adding six receptions for 22 yards on seven targets.

  • Devin Lloyd LB | CAR

Panthers' Devin Lloyd: Full practice Wednesday

Lloyd (calf) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

After missing last Sunday's loss to the Browns, Lloyd appears ready to return to the lineup Sunday night against the Lions. Lloyd was a star in the Panthers' Week 2 win over the Falcons, piling up nine tackles (seven solo), including 1.0 sack, and two interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown.

  • Nick Scott SAF | CAR

Panthers' Nick Scott: Returns to full practice

    Scott (ribs) practiced fully Wednesday.

After missing Week 3 against the Browns, Scott appears ready to return from his one-game absence. He should slide back into his starting role at safety alongside Tre'von Moehrig for Sunday night's game versus Detroit.
