  • Case Keenum QB | CHI

Bears' Case Keenum: Staying in Chicago on two-year pact

Keenum is re-signing with the Bears on a two-year contract Monday, Chris Emma of The Score reports.

Keenum served as the third-string quarterback behind Caleb Williams and Tyson Bagent in 2025. That role isn't expected to change in 2026, but Chicago values the 38-year-old Keenum's experience and will keep Keenum aboard as a mentor to Williams.

  • Zion Johnson G | CLE

Browns' Zion Johnson: Signing three-year deal with Browns

Johnson agreed to terms Monday on a three-year, $49.5 million contract with Cleveland, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Johnson, a 2022 first-round pick, has started 65 of his 66 regular-season appearances since entering the NFL and now brings his talents to a Browns offensive line in dire need of youth and upside. The decision to sign Johnson could signal that Joel Bitonio, who is currently weighing retirement, may not return to Cleveland for the 2026 campaign.

  • Khadarel Hodge WR | ATL

    KhaDarel Hodge: Released by Falcons

Hodge (shoulder) was released by the Falcons with a failed physical designation Monday, Will McFadden and Tori McElhaney of the team's official site report.

Hodge was informed in February that he will be released, and Monday's move makes it official. The 31-year-old wide receiver hasn't finished any of his eight regular seasons with more than 232 receiving yards, but Hodge should garner interest in the free-agent market due to his ability on special teams, for which he made the Pro Bowl in 2024.

  • Odafe Oweh LB | WAS

Commanders' Odafe Oweh: Four-year deal with Commanders

Oweh agreed to terms Monday on a four-year, $100 million contract with Washington, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Oweh got off to a slow start in 2025, as he was held without a sack across five games with the Ravens, but he surged upon being traded to the Chargers and totaled 28 tackles (15 solo), including 7.5 sacks, across 12 regular-season appearances with Los Angeles. The 27-year-old also had 3.0 sacks in his lone playoff appearance, the Chargers' wild-card round loss to New England, so it's unsurprising to see the Commanders invest substantially in a bet on his upward trajectory. Oweh now will look to maximize his talents as a pass rusher under new defensive coordinator Daronte Jones.

  • Jordan Stout P | NYG

Giants' Jordan Stout: Follows Harbaugh to New York

Stout agreed to terms Monday on a three-year, $12.3 million contract with the Giants, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Stout's new contract will make him the highest-paid punter in the NFL once officially signed Wednesday. The All-Pro spent the first four years of his NFL career with Harbaugh in Baltimore and now follows the head coach to New York. He's averaged 47.5 yards per punt across his career.

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

    Darnell Mooney: Released by Atlanta

The Falcons released Mooney on Monday.

The move has been expected, though earlier reports suggested it might not happen for a few more days. Mooney figures to draw interest from teams that miss out on the top free agents at wide receiver.

  • Saints' David Edwards: Getting $61 million to join Saints

Edwards is signing a four-year, $61 million contract with the Saints on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The former starting left guard for the Bills will likely occupy the same spot in New Orleans after agreeing to a hefty contract with the Saints, which can be finalized Wednesday at the start of the new league year. Edwards has 77 regular-season NFL starts under his belt, split between the Rams and Bills.

  • Robert Rochell CB | CAR

Panthers' Robert Rochell: Re-ups with Panthers

Rochell re-signed with Carolina on a one-year contract Monday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Rochell hasn't totaled more than 10 tackles in a season since his rookie year with the Rams in 2021, but he's solidified himself as a solid contributor on special teams. He contributed in such a role across four regular-season appearances with Carolina in 2025, in addition to two games with the Cowboys.

  • John Simpson G | BAL

Ravens' John Simpson: Back to Ravens on three-year deal

Simpson agreed to a three-year, $30 million contract with the Ravens on Monday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Prior to spending the last two seasons with the Jets, Simpson played for the Ravens in 2023. He has started all 17 regular-season games in each of those last three campaigns and can be penciled in as Baltimore's starting left guard once Simpson's contract becomes official at the start of the new league year Wednesday.

  • Ed Ingram OG | HOU

Texans' Ed Ingram: Re-signs with Texans

Ingram re-signed with Houston on a three-year, $37.5 million contract Monday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports.

Ingram had been slated to hit free agency, but the veteran guard will instead stick with the Texans on a new multi-year deal. The 27-year-old will provide Houston's O-line with some form of stability after the team traded away both Tytus Howard and Juice Scruggs earlier in March. The Texans initially acquired Ingram via a trade with Minnesota during the 2025 offseason.
