Jonah Jackson G | CHI
Bears' Jonah Jackson: Good to go against Detroit
Jackson (illness) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Lions.
Jackson popped up on Thursday's injury report as a DNP due to an illness. The sixth-year pro shook off an injury tag for Sunday's NFC North tilt after logging a full practice Friday and will start at right guard.

Joe Tryon-Shoyinka LB | PHI
Bears' Joe Tryon-Shoyinka: Ruled out for Week 18
Tryon-Shoyinka (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Tryon-Shoyinka entered the league's concussion protocol during the Bears' Week 17 loss against the 49ers. He was unable to practice during Week 18 prep, and he would need to return to practice in at least a limited capacity in order to have a realistic chance of playing in the wild-card round of the NFC playoffs. Dominique Robinson should see more rotational snaps at defensive end behind starters Austin Booker and Montez Sweat in Tryon-Shoyinka's absence.

Rakeem Nunez-Roches DT | TB
Giants' Rakeem Nunez-Roches: Ruled out for Week 18
Nunez-Roches (ankle/toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Nunez-Roches ended Week 18 prep with a DNP on Friday and will end up missing the last four games of the regular season due to ankle and toe injures. The veteran defensive lineman will finish the 2025 regular season with 23 tackles (six solo), including 3.0 sacks, and one pass defense across nine games. Nunez-Roches will be a free agent once the 2026 offseason commences.

Evan Neal OT | NYG
Giants' Evan Neal: Won't play against Dallas
Neal (neck) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Neal was held out of practice all week due to a neck injury, and the fourth-year offensive lineman will end the year on injured reserve. He did not appear in a regular-season game prior to being placed on IR in mid-November, and the 2022 first-rounder will focus on being fully healthy for the start of the 2026 campaign.
-
Kevin Dotson G | LAR
Rams' Kevin Dotson: Won't play vs. Arizona
Dotson (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Nate Atkins of The Athletic reports.
Dotson will end up missing the final two games of the regular season due to an ankle injury, though head coach Sean McVay relayed Friday that the sixth-year offensive lineman could return for the wild-card round of the playoffs. Justin Dedich is in line to start at right guard for a second consecutive week in Dotson's absence.
-
Trey Smith G | KC
Chiefs' Trey Smith: Officially done for 2025
Smith (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Charles Goldman of AtoZSports.com reports.
Smith was unable to practice all week due to an ankle injury and will not suit up for Sunday's AFC West tilt, and he'll end the year having started in 12 regular-season games. Mike Caliendo figures to start at right guard in Smith's absence.

Clark Phillips III CB | ATL
Falcons' Clark Phillips: Won't play Week 18
Phillips (triceps/illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Saints, Josh Kendall of The Athletic reports.
Phillips was unable to practice all week due to a triceps injury and an illness and will officially end the 2025 campaign on injured reserve. He was placed on IR in mid-October and played only in Week 4 against the Commanders, when he logged one solo tackle while playing nine snaps on special teams. Phillips will turn his attention toward being fully healthy for the 2026 season.

Oluwafemi Oladejo DE | TEN
Titans' Oluwafemi Oladejo: Will end season on IR
Oladejo (lower leg) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Oladejo was placed on injured reserve in mid-October after fracturing his leg during the Titans' Week 6 loss to the Raiders. He was designated to return from IR in mid-December, but the rookie second-rounder was unable to progress enough in his recovery to return for Sunday's regular-season finale. Oladejo will end his first NFL campaign with 13 tackles (five solo) across six regular-season games.

Teven Jenkins OT | CLE
Browns' Teven Jenkins: Questionable for Week 18
Jenkins (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Jenkins entered the league's concussion protocol during the Browns' Week 17 win over the Steelers. He was limited in each of the final two practices of Week 18 prep and would need to be cleared by an independent neurologist in order to play in Sunday's regular-season finale. Zak Zinter would likely start at right guard if Jenkins is unable to exit the league's concussion protocol.
-
Jared Wilson C | NE
Patriots' Jared Wilson: Won't play Week 18
Wilson (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Miami, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Wilson has not practiced or played since entering the league's concussion protocol following the Patriots' Week 16 win over the Ravens. The lack of progression through the league's protocol puts the rookie third-rounder in jeopardy of being sidelined for the start of the playoffs, though he would have an extra week to recover if the Patriots were to claim the No. 1 seed in the AFC by winning Sunday if the Broncos were to lose to the Chargers. Ben Brown should start at left guard for a second straight game in Wilson's absence.
