Evan Brown C | HOU
Cardinals' Evan Brown: Sidelined for Week 18
Brown (personal) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
Brown will end up missing the final five games of the regular season due to personal reasons, and Jon Gaines figures to start at left guard in Week 18. Brown started in 11 regular-season games and will be under contract with the Cardinals in 2026.

Nick Bellore FB | WAS
Commanders' Nick Bellore: Cleared to play Sunday
Bellore (concussion) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Eagles, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Bellore missed the Week 17 loss to the Cowboys, but the special-teamer is good to go for the regular-season finale. The 36-year-old Bellore has logged 11 tackles (seven solo) across 321 special-teams snaps.

Christian Mahogany G | DET
Lions' Christian Mahogany: Questionable with illness
Mahogany (illness) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Mahogany missed some practice reps this week but at least has a chance to suit up for the Week 18 regular-season finale. With Taylor Decker (shoulder) and Kayode Awosika (illness) also questionable and Penei Sewell (ankle) ruled out, the Detroit offensive line could look a lot different Sunday.
-
Lane Johnson OT | PHI
Eagles' Lane Johnson: Won't play vs. Washington
Johnson (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Johnson has yet to play or practice since sustaining a Lisfranc sprain in his right foot in Week 11 against the Lions, so Fred Johnson should remain the starter at right tackle for Sunday's regular-season finale. Johnson will aim to return for the wild-card round of the NFC playoffs.

Taylor Decker OT | DET
Lions' Taylor Decker: Questionable for Week 18
Decker (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Decker has dealt with shoulder issues all season and missed the Week 17 loss to the Vikings. With the Lions eliminated from playoff contention, it wouldn't be a shock if the team opts to sit Decker against Chicago. The Lions have already ruled out RT Penei Sewell due to an ankle injury.
-
Kayode Awosika OT | LAC
Lions' Kayode Awosika: Questionable for Sunday
Awosika (illness) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Awosika made four starts at left guard from Weeks 10 to 13 and would be a candidate to start there again if Christian Mahogany (illness) is unable to play after he was also listed as questionable for Week 18.
-
Austin Jackson OT | MIA
Dolphins' Austin Jackson: Iffy for Week 18
Jackson (back/groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Jackson was a full participant in the first two practices of Week 18 prep, but he popped up on Friday's report as a limited practice participant after picking up a groin injury. If he's unable to play in Sunday's regular-season finale, then Larry Borom and Kendall Lamm would be the top candidates to start at right tackle.
-
Aaron Brewer C | MIA
Dolphins' Aaron Brewer: Questionable for Week 18
Brewer (neck) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
A neck injury prevented Brewer from playing in the Dolphins' Week 17 win over the Buccaneers, and he earned the questionable tag for Sunday's regular-season finale after logging a limited practice Friday. Andrew Meyer would likely start at center for a second consecutive game if Brewer is not cleared to return.

Trystan Colon-Castillo C | DET
Lions' Trystan Colon: Out for Week 18 finale
Colon (wrist) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Colon will end up missing the final three games of the season after starting four of the 12 contests in which he appeared during the 2025 campaign. The 27-year-old is scheduled to be a free agent this offseason.

John Williams OG | GB
Packers' John Williams: Won't play Week 18
Williams (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Vikings, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Williams continues to work his way back from a back injury that caused him to start the regular season on the reserve/PUP list. The rookie seventh-rounder will aim to progress enough in his recovery to be available for the wild-card round of the NFC playoffs.
