Baker (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Cardinals.

Baker likely sustained a concussion in Patriots' Week 13 loss to the Colts and didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, so it's no surprise that he won't suit up in Week 15. Expect New England's wide receiver room to consist of DeMario Douglas, Kayshon Boutte, Kendrick Bourne and Ja'Lynn Polk while Baker is sidelined Sunday.

Ford-Wheaton (shoulder) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Ravens and is expected to play, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

The rookie has played just two offensive snaps all season, but he's a fixture on special teams for the Giants, logging five tackles (four solo) across 10 contests.

Doubs has cleared concussion protocol and will play in Sunday's game at Seattle, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

A full practice participant throughout the week, Doubs now has received clearance from an independent neurologist to come back from his two-game absence. His return likely means fewer snaps and routes for Christian Watson and/or Dontayvion Wicks, with the latter especially vulnerable to sliding back to a reserve role.

Robinson (shoulder) failed to bring in his lone target during Thursday's 12-6 victory against the 49ers.

It was a miserable night for the Rams' pass catchers outside of Puka Nacua (7-97-0), as the rest of the team combined for just nine catches for 63 yards. Robinson's second straight goose egg for fantasy managers can be partially attributed to the rainy weather in San Francisco, but the shoulder injury that limited him to just a single practice prior to Thursday's contest didn't hinder his playing time; he was second on the team behind Cooper Kupp with 51 offensive snaps. Things don't get any easier for Robinson next week, as a formidable Jets pass defense is up next in Week 16.

Nabers (hip) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Nabers missed last Friday's practice due to a hip flexor injury, but he still was active this past Sunday versus the Saints, earning 94 percent of snaps and gathering in five of 10 targets for 79 yards. He then kicked off this week with back-to-back limited listings with the same health concern before the Giants cleared him for Week 15 action. Nabers will be on the receiving end of passes from Tommy DeVito on Sunday with Drew Lock (heel/left elbow) doubtful to suit up.

Tillman (concussion) will be out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com and Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram report.

Per Petrak, coach Kevin Stefanski relayed Friday that Tillman, who practiced in a limited capacity this week, didn't clear the NFL's concussion protocol. With Tillman still sidelined and tight end David Njoku (hamstring) listed as questionable, the Browns' top healthy pass catchers heading into the weekend are WRs Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore.

Dulin (ankle) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

Dulin won't be available for the Colts in Week 15 due to an ankle injury that's kept him sidelined since he initially suffered it Week 12 against Detroit. With Dulin unavailable, rookie fifth-round pick Anthony Gould could get a chance to contribute in a depth role on offense, as well as on special teams.

Head coach Sean McDermott noted Friday that Coleman (wrist) won't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Lions, Alec White of the Bills' official site reports.

Coleman, who last played Week 9, was deemed a full participant in Wednesday's walkthrough, Thursday's practice estimate and finally in Friday's session. Now that he's been cleared to face Detroit, the rookie rejoins a Buffalo wideout corps that also includes Amari Cooper, Khalil Shakir, Mack Hollins and Curtis Samuel. With that in mind, it remains to be seen what sort of volume Coleman will see in his looming return, a context that makes the Florida State product a speculative Week 15 fantasy option. Prior to his injury, Coleman had a 22-417-3 line on 36 targets in nine games.

Evans (hamstring) returned to practice Friday morning, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

Evans had the same routine last week, sitting out Wednesday and Thursday before participating Friday. He then avoided a designation on the final injury report and handled his normal workload in a 28-13 win over the Raiders, catching four of five targets for 69 yards while playing 85 percent of snaps on offense. It remains to be seen if he follows the same pattern this week for a road game against the Chargers.

The Chiefs are opening Brown's (shoulder) practice window Friday, Albert Breer of SI.com reports.

A previous report suggested it would happen either Friday or Monday, after Chiefs coach Andy Reid confirmed earlier this week that Brown was almost ready to practice. Brown won't play against Cleveland this Sunday and might be viewed as a long shot for Week 16, but it seems he'll return before the end of the regular season unless he suffers a setback in practice. There's now a 21-day window in which Brown can practice without being activated to the 53-man roster.
