Marquise Brown WR | PHI
Chiefs' Hollywood Brown: Back at practice
Brown (ankle/foot) has resumed practicing, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Per Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com, Brown did a little work Sunday and will do a bit more Monday, which suggests that the wideout is being eased back in after missing time. In terms of the chances of Brown seeing any action in Friday's preseason finale, Nate Taylor of ESPN.com notes that coach Andy Reid said, "We'll see how he progresses through this thing. It's not a matter of want. He wants to do it. He's taking it slow and we don't want any setbacks."

Romeo Doubs WR | NE
Packers' Romeo Doubs: Participating in team drills
Doubs (back) is taking part in team drills at Monday's practice, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.
Doubs appears fully recovered from the back injury he picked up due to a collision at practice last Tuesday, an encouraging development for Green Bay as wide receivers Jayden Reed (foot) and Dontayvion Wicks (calf) remain sidelined, and with Christian Watson (ACL) on the active/PUP list and likely out until at least Week 5. Quarterback Jordan Love (thumb) also returned to practice Monday and is participating in 7-on-7 drills, so the Packers' starting offense is getting healthier with roughly three weeks to go until the regular-season opener against Detroit on Sunday, Sept. 7. With the plethora of injuries Green Bay is still managing, though, it remains to be seen whether head coach Matt LaFleur will opt to play starters during Saturday's preseason finale against Seattle.

Ben Skowronek WR | PIT
Steelers' Ben Skowronek: Dealing with toe injury
Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith said Monday that Skowronek is dealing with a toe injury, Alan Saunders of SteelersNow.com reports.
Skowronek didn't play in Saturday's preseason game after catching just one pass for three yards in Pittsburgh's exhibition opener. The veteran wideout is trying to hold on to one of the Steelers' final roster spots at the position behind DK Metcalf, Calvin Austin and Roman Wilson.

Jamal Agnew WR | ATL
Falcons' Jamal Agnew: Dealing with oblique injury
Coach Raheem Morris said Monday that Agnew is dealing with an oblique injury, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
It helps explain Agnew's absences from the Falcons' initial two preseason games. The veteran return man signed with Atlanta back in March and figures to see most of his playing time on special teams in 2025.

Romeo Doubs WR | NE
Packers' Romeo Doubs: Practicing Monday
Doubs (back) has retaken the practice field Monday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Doubs missed nearly a week of practice after suffering an apparent back injury due to a collision last Tuesday, but he's back on the field in at least a limited capacity Monday. Quarterback Jordan Love (thumb) also returned to practice, albeit with his left hand still in a soft cast and as a limited participant. It remains to be seen whether Doubs will have any restrictions at practice Monday, but in any case, he remains fully on track for Week 1 and appears to be trending in the right direction for Saturday's preseason finale against the Seahawks, if coach Matt LaFleur opts to play his starters.

Kendrick Bourne WR | ARI
Patriots' Kendrick Bourne: Out for preseason finale
Coach Mike Vrabel said Monday that Bourne (leg) will not practice this week and has been ruled out for Thursday's preseason finale against the Giants, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Bourne was rolled up in practice back on Aug. 1 and has been sidelined ever since, essentially missing most of training camp and the entire preseason. With the Patriots' additions to the wide receiver room over the offseason, Bourne's roster spot isn't guaranteed. Missing the summer certainly won't help his chances.

Efton Chism III WR | NE
Patriots' Efton Chism: Not practicing Monday
Chism (undisclosed) won't practice Monday, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.
Per Kyed, Chism didn't get back into Saturday's preseason game against the Vikings after recording an impressive 12-yard TD en route to logging a 6-71-1 line on six targets over the course of his 25 snaps on offense. The UDFA's strong play this summer has seemingly put him in a good position to secure a spot on the Patriots' initial 53-man roster, provided his injury issue isn't something that lingers. Chism is in line to be evaluated before Tuesday's practice and Thursday's exhibition finale against the Giants.

Phil Lutz WR | NE
Patriots' Phil Lutz: Signs with New England
The Patriots signed Lutz on Monday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
New England is dealing with new injuries to Kyle Williams (undisclosed) and Efton Chism (undisclosed), so the team needs a healthy body ahead of this week's preseason finale. Lutz recorded a 45-863-11 receiving line at Delaware last season but wasn't selected in the 2025 Draft.

DJ Chark WR | ATL
DJ Chark: Released by Atlanta
The Falcons released Chark on Monday, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Chark signed with the Falcons at the start of training camp, but he's shown very little across 30 offensive snaps this preseason, securing just one of three targets for 11 yards. Chark turns 29 years old next month, and his career appears to be running on fumes after producing a 4-31-1 receiving line across seven regular-season games for the Chargers in 2024 before spending much of the offseason as a free agent.

Kaden Prather WR | BUF
Bills' Kaden Prather: Over hamstring issue
Prather (hamstring) played in Sunday's preseason game against the Bears.
Prather missed a chunk of time early in camp and the Bills' first exhibition. He played 10 offensive snaps versus Chicago but failed to secure his lone target. At this point, Prather is an extreme long shot to make Buffalo's 53-man roster.
