Marquise Goodwin WR | CLE
Seahawks' Marquise Goodwin: Snags two passes
Goodwin caught two of four targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 27-23 loss to the Falcons.
Goodwin continues to operate as the No. 3 wide receiver, as he logged 30 offensive snaps (42 percent). He's a deep threat on any play, but he's not going to rack up targets like Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf, who each were targeted more than 10 times Sunday.
-
Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Outperforms Cooks again
Collins caught two of four targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 23-20 loss to Chicago in Week 3.
The second-year wideout was the second-leading receiver in terms of yards behind Chris Moore (63), and for the second straight week he produced more yardage than No. 1 WR Brandin Cooks (22). Collins had one of the four plays in the passing game that gained more than 20 yards, and he has eight catches on 16 targets for 125 yards (15.6 YPC) through three games.
-
Chris Moore WR | BAL
Texans' Chris Moore: Leads receivers in yards
Moore caught all three of his targets for 63 yards in Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Bears in Week 3.
Houston's wideouts had issues gaining separation against the Bears' press coverage but Moore was able to get open for the team's longest play of the day, a 52-yard grab that set up the Texans' first score. There was competition for snaps as Phillip Dorsett (13 snaps) was active after being held out last week, but Moore remains the clear No. 3 receiver.
-
Jerry Jeudy WR | CLE
Broncos' Jerry Jeudy: Not in sync with QB
Jeudy (shoulder/ribs) was limited to two receptions on six targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 11-10 win over the 49ers.
Jeudy was held out of practice until Friday's limited participation after he was knocked out of last week's tilt with multiple injuries, so it was a good sign that he was able to suit up at all. The minor rib and shoulder injuries didn't visibly seem to limit the wideout, as he appeared crisp on the routes he did run while successfully absorbing two tackles to the midsection on his two receptions. The issue was actually Russell Wilson's uncharacteristic inaccuracy, as he missed an open Jeudy on three routes where the receiver beat his man. Courtland Sutton (eight catches for 97 yards) is looking like the top receiving option in an underperforming Denver passing game, but Wilson and Jeudy will have a chance to get back to their Week 1 forms next Sunday against the Raiders.
-
Brandon Aiyuk WR | SF
49ers' Brandon Aiyuk: Scores lone offensive touchdown
Aiyuk caught three of eight targets for 39 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 11-10 loss to the Broncos.
Aiyuk looked poised for a big fantasy game when he caught two of his three targets (including the score) on the 49ers' second drive of the game. Unfortunately for his fantasy managers, both Aiyuk and the rest of San Francisco's offense would go dormant for the rest of the contest. On the positive side of things, the 24-year-old has seen his targets increase to eight in each of the two games Jimmy Garoppolo has played in this season after seeing only three targets with Trey Lance (knee) as the starter in Week 1. Aiyuk carries flex appeal heading into a matchup against the Rams next Monday.
-
Kalif Raymond WR | CHI
Lions' Kalif Raymond: First catch of year
Raymond secured his only target for four yards during Sunday's 28-24 loss to the Vikings.
Raymond yet again operated as the clear No. 4 receiver. While he could become a bigger part of the passing game if Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) or D'Andre Swift (shoulder/ankle) need to miss time, Raymond would remain unlikely to see enough volume to be a considerable fantasy option.
-
Courtland Sutton WR | DEN
Broncos' Courtland Sutton: Leads team with 97 yards
Sutton finished with nine receptions (10 targets) for 97 yards in Sunday's 11-10 win over San Francisco.
This was an ugly offensive game for Denver, and Sutton was one of the few players to have a notable fantasy day. Fellow starting wideout Jerry Jeudy (ribs) wasn't at full strength, so Sutton saw heavy usage for the second week in a row. The 26-year-old has put together a strong start to the season, accruing 20 receptions (28 targets) and 291 yards through three games. Sutton could increase his stock further if Russell Wilson can find his large-framed wideout in the end zone for the first time this season in a soft matchup against Las Vegas next Sunday.
-
Deebo Samuel WR | SF
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Gets 10 touches for 79 yards
Samuel caught five of eight targets for 73 yards and rushed five times for six yards in Sunday's 11-10 loss to Denver.
Samuel suffered an injury scare in the second quarter, staying down on the field for an extended period before being examined in the medical tent and eventually returning to the field, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports. The versatile superstar didn't show any physical limitations for the remainder of the contest, so his fantasy managers can exhale heading into a tough matchup against the Rams next Monday. Samuel may draw shutdown corner Jalen Ramsey in that contest, but his versatility to line up at multiple positions should keep his touches high in a key divisional matchup.
-
DJ Chark WR | ATL
Lions' DJ Chark: Back in box score
Chark caught three of six targets for 46 yards during Sunday's 28-24 loss to Minnesota.
Chark got back in the box score after going without a catch in Week 2 against Washington, but the prized offseason acquisition looked like the No. 3 wide receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) and Josh Reynolds, who each gained at least 73 yards while seeing at least nine targets apiece. Chark is averaging a healthy 14 yards-per-catch through three games and could be leaned on more in the near future if St. Brown has any lingering effects from the ankle injury that required him to leave Sunday's game at one point. Up next is a Week 4 home matchup against a burnable Seahawks secondary.
-
Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Titans' Treylon Burks: Limited to one catch
Burks recorded one reception on two targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 24-22 win over the Raiders. He added one rush for eight yards.
Burks took a step back in involvement in the Titans offense, with Nick Westbrook-Ikhine instead having the more impressive game. On the other hand, Burks narrowly missed his first NFL touchdown as he was taken down at the one-yard line on his lone reception. Burks has shown the ability to make big plays through three games as a pro, but he has only eight receptions and 115 yards in that span.
