Keenan Allen WR | IND
Chargers' Keenan Allen: Limited in practice
Allen (hamstring) returned to practice Wednesday in a limited capacity.
After sitting out this past Friday's practice, Allen missed his second straight contest Sunday against the Jaguars. The wideout's limited participation Wednesday offers hope that he'll be able to return to the mix this Sunday against the Texans, but he'll need to progress through the week without a setback in order for that to happen. In Allen's absence, Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter have been logging more snaps alongside Mike Williams.

Michael Thomas WR | NO
Saints' Michael Thomas: Tending to foot injury
Thomas didn't practice Wednesday due to a foot injury.
Thomas left the Saints' Week 3 loss to the Panthers with what the Saints described as a foot injury, but Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Monday that the wide receiver instead was dealing with a toe issue and was slated for additional testing on the appendage. The Saints are still labeling the health concern as a foot injury in the meantime, and Thomas will have opportunities to get on the practice field Thursday and Friday. After that, the team may provide some clarity on his odds to play Sunday against the Vikings in London.

Breshad Perriman WR | IND
Buccaneers' Breshad Perriman: Has pair of injuries
Perriman (knee/hamstring) was a non-participant at practice Wednesday.
Perriman was listed with a knee injury on Week 2 and 3 practice reports, but he now has an additional injury to worry about heading into Week 4. With Mike Evans back from his one-game suspension and Chris Godwin (hamstring), Julio Jones (knee) and Russell Gage (hamstring) all practicing in a limited capacity Wednesday, Perriman soon may be returning to a tertiary role in Tampa Bay's passing game, assuming he's active at all Sunday versus the Chiefs.
-
Russell Gage WR | SF
Buccaneers' Russell Gage: Limited practice Wednesday
Gage (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.
Gage joined Chris Godwin (hamstring) and Julio Jones (knee) as limited participants, while Breshad Perriman (knee/hamstring) was unable to practice at all. Elsewhere in Tampa Bay's receiving corps, Mike Evans wasn't listed on the injury report as he returns from a one-game suspension. If one or both of Godwin and Jones is able to play Sunday versus the Chiefs, Gage would have a tough time replicating the 13 targets he drew when Evans, Godwin and Jones were sidelined during a Week 3 loss to the Packers.

Chris Godwin WR | TB
Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Returns to limited practice
Godwin (hamstring) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday.
The limited session marks Godwin's first on-field work since hurting his hamstring back in Week 1. It's a sign that he's attempting to ramp for a return Sunday against the Chiefs, but his ability to get through practice Thursday and Friday unscathed likely will go a long way in allowing him to return from a two-game absence. Meanwhile, Russell Gage (hamstring) and Julio Jones (knee) were also limited participants in the Bucs' first Week 4 practice, and Breshad Perriman (knee/hamstring) didn't participate.
-
Kyle Philips WR | LV
Titans' Kyle Philips: Another limited practice
Philips (shoulder) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' officials site reports.
Philips, who was inactive for last week's win over the Raiders after heading into the contest listed as doubtful, sported what Wyatt described as a "yellow caution jersey" during Wednesday's session. Unless the rookie fifth-round pick is able to practice fully by Friday, he'll likely approach Sunday's game against the Colts with an injury designation.
-
DJ Chark WR | ATL
Lions' DJ Chark: Limited at first Week 4 practice
Chark was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to ankle injury.
Limited participation puts him a step ahead of fellow Detroit wide receivers Amon-Ra St. Brown and Josh Reynolds, both of whom were held out with ankle injuries. All three wideouts could be ready to go for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, but Chark's target share projection would get a nice boost if he were able to play and if St. Brown wasn't.

Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Titans' Treylon Burks: Sits Wednesday with illness
Burks didn't practice Wednesday due to an illness, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Burks, who totaled seven catches on 11 targets through Tennessee's first two games, was on the field for 40 of a possible 58 snaps on offense in Sunday's 24-22 win over the Raiders, but he recorded just one reception (on two targets) for 13 yards in the contest. Assuming the illness that sidelined him Wednesday doesn't affect his Week 4 status, the rookie first-round pick will look to turn in a bounce-back performance this Sunday against the Colts.
-
Amon-Ra St. Brown WR | DET
Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Doesn't practice Wednesday
St. Brown (ankle) was listed as a non-participant in practice Wednesday.
St. Brown played through an ankle issue Week 3 at Minnesota and still put up six catches (on nine targets) for 73 yards in a 28-24 loss. On Wednesday, he told Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com that he's dealing with nothing more than a sprained right ankle and views himself as day-to-day. Considering his comment, St. Brown may in danger of sitting out Sunday against the Seahawks, so his status should continue to be watched as the weekend approaches.

James Proche WR | TEN
Ravens' James Proche: Not listed on injury report
Proche wasn't listed on the injury report Wednesday.
Proche missed back-to-back games due to a groin injury, but it appears he'll be good to go for Week 4. Regardless, he'll have a tough time garnering many targets playing behind Rashod Bateman, Devin Duvernay and Demarcus Robinson.
