Dez Fitzpatrick WR | LAC
Titans' Dez Fitzpatrick: Will suit up Week 5
Tennessee elevated Fitzpatrick from its practice squad to its active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game at Washington, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Fitzpatrick joined the Titans' practice squad before the season started, but he hasn't played a snap yet in 2022. He's behind Robert Woods, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Cody Hollister and Kyle Philips in Tennessee's wide receiver pecking order.

Hunter Renfrow WR | CAR
Raiders' Hunter Renfrow: Good to go for Monday
Renfrow (concussion) does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Chiefs, Josh Dubow of The Associated Press reports.
Renfrow missed two consecutive games with a concussion, but the slot receiver was able to practice all week signaling his return. Mack Hollins has been a featured target (11-191-1) in Renfrow's absence and likely will still see plenty of snaps, but the Raiders figure to utilize the short-yardage target plenty in what could be an offensive shootout against the Chiefs.

Tyquan Thornton WR | KC
Patriots' Tyquan Thornton: Off injured reserve
Thornton (collarbone) was activated off injured reserve Saturday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Thornton was designated to return off injured reserve earlier this week, but it's still a bit surprising to see the rookie receiver officially rejoin the active roster so soon. The 2022 second-round pick put together a dynamic training camp prior to the injury, but don't expect Thornton to be a major contributor right away, especially if rookie QB Bailey Zappe continues to fill in for the injured Mac Jones (ankle).

Jamison Crowder WR | WAS
Bills' Jamison Crowder: Shifts to IR
Crowder (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Matt Parrino of The Syracuse Post-Standard reports.
This doesn't come as much of a surprise considering Crowder broke his ankle. Isaiah McKenzie (concussion) figures to be the biggest beneficiary of the injury provided he's able to play Sunday, but rookie Khalil Shakir could also make an emergence with more opportunities likely on the horizon.

JuJu Smith-Schuster WR | NYG
Chiefs' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Listed as questionable, should play
Smith-Schuster (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Monday's contest against the Raiders after experiencing hamstring tightness during practice this week.
Head coach Andy Reid seemed dismissive of the notion Smith-Schuster could possibly miss the big AFC West divisional matchup, but it's worth noting the veteran receiver appeared to pick up an injury to his hamstring at some point during practice Friday or Saturday. Since coming over from the Steelers this offseason, the 25-year-old has been a solid PPR option with 19 receptions off 27 targets, but he's failed to score a touchdown and has seen just two red-zone targets total this season.

Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Titans' Treylon Burks: Lands on IR
Burks (toe) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Burks failed to practice all week due to turf toe suffered during last week's win over the Colts and it'll now cost the rookie the next four games. Expect Robert Woods to see a heavy dose of the targets, with Kyle Philips and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine also mixing in.
-
Russell Gage WR | SF
Buccaneers' Russell Gage: Back on injury report
Gage (back) was added to the injury report Saturday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Falcons, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.
This is less than ideal news for Gage considering the slot receiver didn't have an injury designation following Friday's practice after weeks of dealing with a balky hamstring injury. The Buccaneers have gotten healthier at wide receiver over recent weeks with Chris Godwin officially back and Julio Jones (knee) trending in the right direction, so a precautionary absence for Gage wouldn't be overly surprising. Expect more news to emerge before the team's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Darius Slayton WR | IND
Giants' Darius Slayton: Could see increased role Sunday
Slayton may be more involved in the Giants' passing game Sunday with all of Kenny Golladay (knee), Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) and Kadarius Toney (hamstring) ruled out for the Week 5 battle in London.
Slayton saw his most action of the campaign in Week 4 against Chicago, playing 62 percent of New York's offensive snaps. He didn't do much with the opportunity, however, logging just one catch on two targets for 11 yards. Slayton figures to again spend considerable time on the field in Week 5, as he, David Sills and Richie James are currently the only healthy wideouts on the active roster. Slayton is likely behind the other two on the depth chart, however, and expectations should be tempered given that New York ranks second-to-last in the league in passing yards per game through four weeks. While the Giants received good news Friday with Daniel Jones' (ankle) exclusion from the injury report, it should also be noted that running back Saquon Barkley figures to siphon off much of the limited opportunity in the passing game, as he is tied for the team lead with 15 catches and ranks third with 107 receiving yards.

David Sills WR | TB
Giants' David Sills: Opportunity abounds
Sills is likely to see plenty of snaps in Sunday's game against Green Bay with all of Kenny Golladay (knee), Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) and Kadarius Toney (hamstring) ruled out for the clash in London.
The Giants received good news Friday when Daniel Jones was able to log a full practice after hurting his ankle in Week 4. While the quarterback appears in line to start in London on Sunday, he'll be without many of his usual pass catchers as injuries have already decimated New York's wideout corps. Sills and Richie James -- two of the last men standing -- should see plenty of reps, and Darius Slayton could get extra run as well. However, that doesn't necessarily mean that any New York wideouts are worth pursuing in fantasy -- the Giants rank second-to-last in passing yards per game through four weeks, and running back Saquon Barkley has played a significant role in the team's air attack, tying for the team lead with 15 receptions.
