Broncos head coach George Paton said Tuesday that Patrick (knee) will be 100 percent for the start of the 2023 campaign, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

Patrick suffered a torn ACL during an August practice last year and underwent season-ending surgery before the 2022 campaign began. However, the undrafted wideout out of Utah has made significant strides in his rehab and is currently able to do some running. Patrick still has a few hurdles to clear before he's completely out of the rehab stage, but it appears Russell Wilson will have one of his top wideouts back in the fold to start 2023, which could go a long way in helping the Broncos' offense bounce back after a poor first season with Wilson in town.

Moore finished his rookie campaign with 22 receptions on 33 targets for 250 receiving yards across 16 regular-season appearances. He added three rushes for 24 rushing yards and operated as a kick- and punt-returner in 2022.

Moore caught five passes in back-to-back games during Weeks 11 and 12, totaling 99 receiving yards during that stretch, but he was also held without a catch in six games and had only one reception five times during the regular season. Due to his lack of targets, Moore wasn't much of a factor in standard fantasy leagues despite Kansas City's lack of wideout depth, but he's still a core piece of the Chiefs' future and could make a sizable impact in Year 2 with Mecole Hardman and JuJu Smith-Schuster set for free agency this offseason. The rookie had at least one reception in each of his three playoff appearances, including a seven-target outing in the AFC Championship Game and a big touchdown in the Super Bowl.

The Colts signed Turner to a contract Thursday.

Turner appeared in three games with the 49ers last season, but he wasn't targeted. He also spent time on the Texans' and Raiders' practice squads. The five-year veteran will now compete to carve out a depth and special-teams role in Indianapolis.

The Titans will release Woods on Wednesday, Jordan Schultz of TheScore.com reports.

Woods' release will save Tennessee roughly $12 million in cap space. The team is also releasing three-time Pro Bowl left tackle Taylor Lewan (knee), who was limited to just two games in 2022 before suffering an ACL tear. Woods, who will turn 31 in April, played a full 17-game slate in 2022. He secured 53 of 91 targets for 527 yards and two scores, and his average of 9.9 yards per reception was the worst such mark of his 10-year NFL career.

Hardman (groin) announced via his personal Twitter account that he underwent groin surgery in Philadelphia on Tuesday.

Hardman returned from his lingering groin injury during the AFC Championship Game, but he subsequently aggravated the issue and was ultimately sidelined for Kansas City's win over the Eagles in Super Bowl LVII. The looming free agent was limited to eight regular-season games with the Chiefs in 2022, in which he secured 25 of 34 targets for yards and four touchdowns. Hardman also had four carries for 31 yards and two scores and contributed in the return game.

Toure was targeted 10 times and caught five passes for 82 yards and a touchdown over 11 games in the 2022 season.

Toure made only a minimal impact in his rookie season, but the seventh-rounder did spend the entire campaign on the 53-man roster and made a couple plays around the midway point. He will have a chance to carve out a role as a sophomore, but he will find himself behind fellow youngsters Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs, and likely at least another player or two.

Cobb was targeted 50 times and caught 34 passes for 417 yards and a touchdown over 13 appearances during the 2022 campaign.

Cobb drew more looks than he did in each of the previous two seasons, but due to an ankle injury and some younger receivers on the roster emerging, the 12-year veteran recorded only 25 targets and 168 yards after Week 5. Cobb could return to Green Bay if quarterback Aaron Rodgers does, but if Rodgers goes, Cobb likely will, too.

Doubs was targeted 67 times and caught 42 passes for 425 yards and three touchdowns over 13 appearances during the 2022 season.

Doubs may not have stood out in his rookie season, but he still finished fourth on his team in targets, receptions, yards and receiving touchdowns -- not bad for a fourth-rounder who missed four games and most of another due to injury. It's not yet known what Green Bay's receiver room will look like in 2023, but Doubs will have a chance to carve out a bigger role, and at the least he will be a useful complement to fellow sophomore Christian Watson.

Crowder was limited to just four regular-season games in 2022 due to a fractured ankle, finishing his first season with the Bills with just six catches for 60 yards and no scores.

Crowder was supposed to fill the slot job for the Bills after Cole Beasley was not brought back, but the former's injury derailed those plans, and Isaiah McKenzie ended up filling the role for most of the season before Beasley returned for the stretch run and ended up being an integral part of the offense again in the postseason. Crowder was on a one-year deal, so he's no sure thing to return even though he seemed to be getting close to full health by the time the Bills reached the playoffs.

Dortch gathered in 52 of 64 passes for 467 yards and two touchdowns and took seven carries for 44 yards in 16 appearances during the 2022 campaign.

All of the aforementioned stats were career highs for the third-year pro, and Dortch also continued to handle returns, averaging 19.8 yards on 11 kick returns and 6.6 yards on 26 punt returns. Neither of those per-return marks were otherworldly, and while his workload on offense was yanked around from week to week, his catch rate of 81.3 percent ranked seventh among NFL players to see at least 50 targets. Dortch is a pending restricted free agent, so Arizona will have the ability to match any offer sheet he receives from another team once free agency begins March 15.
