Powell agreed Wednesday with Minnesota on a one-year contract, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Powell appeared in all 17 regular-season games for the Rams in 2022, totaling 24 receptions on 32 targets for 156 yards while rushing 17 times for 80 yards. He also complied 605 kick-return yards and 177 punt-return yards. With Adam Thielen off to Carolina, the No. 3 wideout spot behind Justin Jefferson and K.J. Osborn appears to be open for competition. Powell could have a chance to carve out a solid offensive role, though he may be valued mostly for his ability to contribute on special teams, both as a return man and in kick coverage. Powell is unlikely to unseat Kene Nwangwu -- who has three career return touchdowns -- as the primary kick returner, but he should have a good chance to win the punt-returning gig over Jalen Reagor.

Hardman (groin) agreed Wednesday with the Jets on a one-year contract, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Hardman aggravated a lingering groin injury during the Chiefs' AFC Championship Game win over the Bengals and underwent surgery following the Super Bowl to correct the issue. It's unclear when he'll be back to 100 percent, but the Jets seem to be confident that he can regain his explosive playmaking ability in 2023. Hardman joins Allen Lazard as new members in New York's wideout corps, which also currently features Garrett Wilson, Corey Davis and Denzel Mims.

The Colts are signing McKenzie to a contract Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

McKenzie put up a 42-423-4 receiving line across 15 games with the Bills last season, in addition to nine carries for 55 yards and a rushing score. He could get a chance to earn significant playing time in Indianapolis' receiving corps, alongside Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce, though the team could still add pass-catchers in April's draft. The Colts could also additionally bolster their quarterback room, currently led by Gardner Minshew.

Sims agreed to a contract with the Raiders on Monday, Ben Standig of The Athletic reports.

Sims will try to carve out a larger role in Vegas after being buried on the depth chart in Washington since 2018. The 27-year-old wide receiver had eight catches last season.

The Ravens have hosted Agholor on a free-agent visit, according to Field Yates of ESPN.

In 16 games with the Patriots last season, Agholor logged 31 catches on 53 targets for 362 yards and two TDs, while working in a wideout corps that also featured Jakobi Meyers, DeVante Parker, Kendrick Bourne and Tyquan Thornton. If Agholor catches on with the Ravens, however, there could be a more clear path to volume for the 2015 first-rounder, given the team's need to bolster its depth behind top returning WRs Rashod Bateman (foot) and Devin Duvernay (foot).

Cole re-signed with the Raiders on a one-year deal Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Cole will return to Las Vegas, where he produced the worst season of his career last year, as the 29-year-old logged 10 catches, 141 yards and a touchdown on 21 targets, all of which were career lows. The former Jaguar and Jet will look to bounce back next season, or he could find himself at risk of not making the final roster in a crowded receiver room.

The Cardinals and Pascal agreed to terms Monday on a two-year contract, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Pascal's production dropped in his inaugural season with the Eagles' star-studded offense in 2022, as he logged just 15 catches for 150 yards and one touchdown, all career-low marks. It's possible he earns increased work in Arizona, especially if the team ends up parting ways with DeAndre Hopkins (knee) this offseason. Even then, though, all of Marquise Brown, Rondale Moore (groin) and Greg Dortch would seem clearly above Pascal on the depth chart.

The Bills signed Sherfield to a one-year contract Monday.

Sherfield stays in the AFC East after putting together a career-best 30-417-2 receiving line in 17 games with the Dolphins last season. Part of Sherfield's success in 2022 could have been due to his familiarity with Miami coach Mike McDaniel's scheme, as the two spent time together in San Francisco, but his arrival in Buffalo provides the Bills with a reliable veteran presence behind top wideouts Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis.

Woods moved up the depth chart after the Texans traded Brandin Cooks to Dallas on Sunday.

Houston's wideout depth chart begins with Woods and Nico Collins (foot). Woods is coming off a down season with Tennessee, where he had a career-low 527 yards over a full 17-game slate. There are multiple reasons to explain that drop in production: he was coming off a knee injury that ended his 2021 season, and Woods played with three different quarterbacks in Nashville. A third and more worrisome reason could be age -- Woods will be 31 this coming season -- and may not have much left in the tank as he prepares for another season with a different quarterback, likely a rookie. The positive takeaway is that Woods will be familiar with the system offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik, who was the passing game coordinator in San Francisco in 2022 under head coach Kyle Shanahan, plans to bring to Houston, per DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com. Shanahan and Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay, who worked together when the two were assistants in Washington, run similar schemes. Woods was his most productive when playing for McVay in Los Angeles.

Hollins agreed to a one-year deal with the Falcons on Sunday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Hollins had a career-best performance with the Raiders in 2022, appearing in all 17 games and securing 57 of 94 targets for 690 yards and four touchdowns. The 29-year-old will attempt to carve out a role in Atlanta behind Drake London in 2023.
