Thielen agreed to a three-year, $25 million contract with the Panthers on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Thielen spent the first nine years of his career in Minnesota and drew 100-plus targets in four of the last six seasons. He secured 70 of 107 targets for 716 yards and six touchdowns with the Vikings last year but was let go earlier in March so Minnesota could free up cap space. After failing to top 1,000 yards in each of the last four seasons, the 32-year-old should have an opportunity to serve as the leading receiver in Carolina after the Panthers traded DJ Moore to the Bears as part of a deal to acquire the No. 1 overall pick in this year's draft, which the team is expected to use on a quarterback.

The Texans have agreed to trade Cooks to the Cowboys in exchange for a fifth-round draft pick in 2023 and a sixth-rounder in 2024, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.

Cooks, who is coming off a 2022 season in which he caught 57 passes (on 93 targets) for 699 yards and three TDs in 13 games for Houston, will bolster a Dallas wideout corps that also features returnees CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup. Since being drafted by the Saints in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft, Cooks -- who turns 30 in September -- has been traded four times. With the Cowboys, the 5-foot-10, 183-pounder's speed and experience should be an asset to a pass-catching corps that will continue to be highlighted by Lamb, and if Cooks is able to stay healthy in 2023, an uptick in production is a plausible outcome while working in an offense helmed by QB Dak Prescott.

Harty, who signed as a free agent with the Bills on Wednesday, says the toe injury that limited him to just four games in 2022 has fully healed. "I was cleared a while ago," Harty said after his signing. "I'm back to doing everything. I'm back to feeling like my normal self. So, I'm good to go."

The former Saint is set to serve as a depth receiver and return man for the Bills in 2023. Buffalo is fairly crowded on offense, but Harty likely received a boost in status Friday when the Bills cut Isaiah McKenzie, a player with a similar skill set.

The Dolphins signed Cracraft on Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Cracraft returns to a Dolphins squad for which he recorded nine catches for 102 yards and two touchdowns while appearing both on offense and special teams in 2022. While the 28-year-old might find himself buried in a crowded receiver room headed into next season, he should still be able to carve out a role for himself on special teams.

The Bills released McKenzie on Friday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Per Getzenberg, by releasing McKenzie, the Bills are in line to save over $2 million against this year's salary cap. During the 2022 season, McKenzie recorded 42 catches for 423 yards and four TDs as well as nine carries for 55 yards and a rushing TD in 15 games. The 2017 fifth-rounder will now look to catch on with another team looking to add wide receiver/return help.

Slayton is re-signing with the Giants on a two-year deal, ESPN's Jordan Raanan reports.

The deal was announced Thursday evening a few hours after the Giants signed former Colts wide receiver Parris Campbell to a one-year contract. The team lacks a clear standout at the position but has decent depth on paper, though perhaps not so much in practice with both Wan'Dale Robinson and Sterling Shepard recovering from ACL tears and Isaiah Hodgins needing to prove he's not a one-year wonder. Slayton could be in the mix for a Week 1 starting job -- depending on the Giants' transactions throughout the rest of the offseason -- following a 2022 campaign in which he posted a 46-724-2 receiving line on 71 targets. Slayton has finished between 724 and 751 receiving yards in three of his four NFL seasons, with 2021 being the exception when he was benched for much of the year and managed only 339 yards.

The Titans and Westbrook-Ikhine agreed to terms on a one-year contract Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

A restricted free agent this offseason, Westbrook-Ikhine didn't receive a qualifying offer or a tender from Tennessee, but he'll return to the only organization that he's known as a pro. He's settled into a regular receiver role for the Titans over the last two seasons, racking up a 63-873-7 line on 107 targets in 33 games.

Taylor re-signed with the Bengals on a one-year contract in March of 2023, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Taylor was one of the league's most effective punt returners in 2022, ranking fourth in punt return yards with 340. His role as a receiver in Cincinnati's high-powered offense has been minimal, though, as Taylor has only eight catches in two seasons with the Bengals.

Campbell is signing with the Giants, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.

A 2019 second-round pick with 4.31 speed, Campbell primarily worked the slot in Indianapolis, where the first three years of his career were defined by a long list of injuries. He then played 17 games last season, more than in his first three years combined, but nonetheless finished with a modest receiving line of 63-623-3 on 91 targets. Campbell turns 26 in July and should benefit from coaching and QB upgrades relative to what he dealt with in Indianapolis, though his role remains to be seen and could partially depend on how Wan'Dale Robinson and Sterling Shepard fare in their respective recoveries from ACL tears. Isaiah Hodgins is the only healthy receiver under contract with New York at the start of the league year who had a significant role in Brian Daboll's offense last season.

The Dolphins are slated to sign Berrios to a one-year deal, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The 27-year-old will provide the Dolphins with added wide receiver depth behind top options Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, as well as give the team a capable option in the return game. In 17 games for the Jets in 2022, Berrios logged a modest 18-145-0 receiving line while adding two rushing touchdowns, but if he's able to secure steady snaps out of the slot with Miami, the 5-foot-9, 190-pounder could see an uptick in production this coming season.
