Shepard (knee) re-signed with the Giants on a one-year contract Thursday, Michael Eisen of the team's official site reports.

This move was expected, but now pen has officially been put to paper. Shepard is recovering from an ACL tear sustained in Week 3 of the 2022 season. Injuries have limited his availability in recent years, but Shepard has been fairly productive when on the field, having topped 600 yards four times since the Giants selected him in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

The Chargers didn't extend Guyton (knee) a qualifying offer or contract tender as a restricted free agent Wednesday, so he's officially an unrestricted free agent, per the NFL's transaction log.

Guyton is currently rehabbing from an ACL tear he suffered during Week 3 of 2022 campaign, and it's unclear when he'll be 100 percent healthy. The undrafted wideout out of North Texas caught 59 of 103 targets for 959 yards and six touchdowns across his first two NFL seasons in Los Angeles, but he'll likely have to prove he's back to full strength before securing a new deal.

Seattle didn't extend Thompson (shoulder) a qualifying offer or contract tender as a restricted free agent Wednesday, so he's officially an unrestricted free agent, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Thompson made five appearances for Seattle in 2021, playing nearly exclusively on special teams, but he spent the entire 2022 campaign on IR after suffering a shoulder injury during the Seahawks' preseason opener. Now that he's healthy, the undrafted product out of Toledo will attempt to sign with a new team this summer.

The Steelers didn't tender an offer to Sims as a restricted free agent Wednesday, Alan Saunders of PittsburghSportsNow.com reports.

Sims played 284 offensive snaps last season, seeing his role grow following the Chase Claypool trade, but he finished the year with just 14 catches for 104 scoreless yards. He'll look to compete for a job on some other team's roster this summer.

The Patriots and Smith-Schuster agreed to terms Wendnesday on a three-year, $33 million contract, Taylor Bisciotti of NFL Network reports.

Smith-Schuster took a one-year prove-it deal with Kansas City last offseason with the hope of kickstarting his career, but he turned in a somewhat underwhelming campaign despite having Patrick Mahomes as his quarterback. Despite being the Chiefs' de facto No. 1 wideout, Smith-Schuster finished 78 catches for 933 yards and three touchdowns over 16 regular-season outings, and he largely disappeared over the final month of the season and into the playoffs. He'll now head to Foxboro to replace slot man Jakobi Meyers as Mac Jones' current top wideout.

The Titans didn't tender a contract to Westbrook-Ikhine on Tuesday, making him an unrestricted free agent, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.

Per Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com, Westbrook-Ikhine will test the open market after catching just 25 passes for 397 yards and three touchdowns last season. He played a career-high 75 percent of the offensive snaps in 2022 but is likely looking for a bigger role as a pass catcher after being asked to block quite a bit in the Titans' run-heavy scheme.

Harty (foot) and the Bills reached agreement Wednesday on a two-year contract worth up to $13.5 million, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.

According to Buscaglia, Harty's deal includes $5 million fully guaranteed and $9.5 million in base salary. Harty spent the first four years of his career with the Saints, serving as a depth receiver and return specialist over four games in 2022 before being shut down for the season with foot injury. Over the games he played last season, Harty recorded two catches for 13 yards while compiling 137 kick-return yards. The 5-foot-6 athlete is unlikely to have a consistent impact on offense for the Bills, but he could certainly carve out a significant role on special teams in 2023.

Dulin agreed Wednesday with the Colts on a two-year, $7.2 million contract, Matt Adams of Fox 59 Indianapolis reports.

Dulin's 2022 season got off to a strong start and he appeared to be gaining traction as the Colts' No. 2 or No. 3 receiver, but he then hurt his foot. He had 12 receptions for 168 yards on 18 targets over his first five games, but after missing the next four games with the injury, he was limited to just three receptions for 39 yards in six games upon his return to the lineup. Before the injury, he looked like he was a player on the rise, but his late-season fade puts his role for 2023 in question. Still, the Colts' decision to bring Dulin back on a new deal shows the organization still believes in his potential, and a new head coach and quarterback can't help but improve his outlook.

Dorsett has agreed to sign with the Raiders, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

In 15 games with the Texans in 2022, Dorsett recorded 20 catches for 257 yards and a touchdown on 40 targets. This coming season, the 30-year-old figures to handle a complementary role in a Raiders' wideout corps led by Davante Adams and pending free agent addition Jakobi Meyers.

Lazard agreed Tuesday with the Jets on a four-year contract, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the 27-year-old will earn up to $44 million in the deal. Lazard is poised to join a Jets wideout corps that also includes Garrett Wilson, Corey Davis and Elijah Moore, but the size of his contract suggests the former Packer won't be buried on the depth chart. Meanwhile, the Jets' quarterback situation remains unsettled, but Lazard -- who caught 60 passes for 788 yards and six touchdowns in 15 games with the Packers in 2022 -- could end up reuniting with Aaron Rodgers this coming season.
