  • Andre Miller WR | GB

    Dre Miller: Gets cut loose

Miller (undisclosed) was waived by the Giants from injured reserve Monday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Miller was unable to take part in minicamp due to the unknown injury and was placed on IR on June 17. Instead of being forced to miss the entire 2023 campaign, he'll now have the opportunity to join another team as long as he can prove he's healthy.

  • Davion Davis WR | WAS

Cardinals' Davion Davis: Signs with Arizona

Davis and the Cardinals agreed on a contract Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Davis will return to the NFL after having a standout season with the Birmingham Stallions of the USFL, recording 39 catches for 575 yards and four touchdowns during the team's regular season. Now with Arizona, the wide receiver will compete with the likes of Zach Pascal, Andre Baccellia and Daniel Arias, amongst others, for a final roster spot heading into 2023.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Chiefs' Kadarius Toney: Likely to miss time in camp

Toney (knee) will miss some time during training camp but should be ready for the start of the regular season, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Toney was on the field for the start of training camp after having a cleanup procedure on his knee during the offseason, but he then "tweaked" the knee while catching punts before Sunday's practice. While the Chiefs are optimistic he'll get back on the field soon, Toney's inability to stay healthy remains the defining trend of his pro career to date. This latest absence should free up additional first-team reps for a few different wide receivers in Kansas City, including 2022 second-round pick Skyy Moore and 2023 second-rounder Rashee Rice.

  • Titans' DeAndre Hopkins: Deal becomes official

Hopkins officially agreed to terms with the Titans on Monday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

The veteran wideout, who was let go by the Cardinals back in May, is thus in line to headline a Titans wideout corps that also features 2022 first-rounder Treylon Burks, as well as Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Kyle Philips and Chris Moore. Hopkins recorded a 64-717-3 receiving line on 96 targets in nine games with Arizona last season, but assuming the 31-year-old remains healthy, his looming role in Tennessee's offense should result in plenty of volume and, in turn, weekly fantasy relevance this coming season.

  • Justyn Ross WR | KC

Chiefs' Justyn Ross: Gets first-team reps in practice

Ross saw first-team reps during the Chiefs' first full-team practice Sunday, Nate Taylor of The Athletic reports.

Ross, who missed last season due to a foot injury, is among numerous candidates vying anywhere from a roster spot to potential offensive reps. While Ross' start to camp is slightly encouraging, there will likely be a battle throughout camp among the team's wide receivers for regular roles on offense. Also in the mix on that front are Kadarius Toney (knee), Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Skyy Moore, Rashee Rice, Richie James and Justin Watson.

  • Amari Cooper WR | LV

Browns' Amari Cooper: Working on side

Cooper (undisclosed) worked on the side at Monday's practice, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

Cooper is at least getting some work in after suffering an undisclosed tweak Sunday. The top wideout's injury is confirmed to be unrelated to his offseason core muscle surgery, but Cooper's health will still need to be monitored until he's back as a full participant. Elijah Moore, Donovan Peoples-Jones, Cedric Tillman and David Bell stand to see increased first-team reps as long as Cooper is sidelined.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Chiefs' Kadarius Toney: Not spotted Monday

Toney (knee) wasn't present for the opening portion of Monday's practice, Pete Sweeney of ArrowheadPride.com reports.

Toney tweaked his knee during warmups Sunday and evidently isn't yet ready to retake the practice field. The talented wideout has struggled to stay on the field consistently in his NFL career, as he's never suited up for more than 10 regular-season games in a single year. That coupled with Kansas City's wide-open wide receiver depth chart makes Toney's health one of the top situations to monitor through the early stages of training camp. It wouldn't be surprising to see the Chiefs take a cautious approach to Toney's recovery.

  • Kendall Hinton WR | DEN

Broncos' Kendall Hinton: Starts training camp on PUP list

The Broncos placed Hinton (knee) on the active/PUP list Sunday.

Hinton underwent a minor offseason knee scope at the end of June and won't be ready to practice at the beginning of training camp. However, the wideout is eligible to practice and/or play at any point during the preseason. Hinton posted 24 receptions on 33 targets for 311 yards last year -- all career highs -- but if Denver's wideout corps is healthy in 2023, he'll have a tough time stealing snaps away from Jerry Jeudy, Courtland Sutton, Tim Patrick, KJ Hamler (pectoral) and Marvin Mims.

  • Chase Claypool WR | BUF

Bears' Chase Claypool: Placed on active/PUP list

The Bears placed Claypool (undisclosed) on the active/PUP list Sunday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Claypool was sidelined for spring practices due to a soft-tissue injury and didn't participate during June minicamp with an undisclosed injury. It's unclear when the Notre Dame product will be healthy, but he's eligible to practice and/or play at any point during the preseason. When available, Claypool will presumably compete for a key role in Chicago's wideout room behind DJ Moore and Darnell Mooney, the latter of whom is expected to be 100 percent for training camp after missing OTAs due to an ankle injury.

  • Rashod Bateman WR | BAL

Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Reports to training camp

The Ravens activated Bateman (foot) from the reserve/did not report list Sunday.

Bateman wasn't present for the start of training camp Friday, but he's since joined the team and will presumably start practicing soon. The 2021 first-round pick is about eight months removed from Lisfranc surgery, and he had been a partial participant during OTAs in May before being held out of June minicamp following a cortisone shot. When available, Bateman figures to play a key role in Baltimore's passing attack, which is expected to be improved in 2023 after the offseason additions of wide receivers Odell Beckham and Zay Flowers.
