Justin Jefferson WR | MIN
Vikings' Justin Jefferson: Likely bound for IR
The Vikings are expected to place Jefferson (hamstring) on injured reserve this week, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Jefferson will be forced to miss a minimum of four contests if he's indeed placed on IR as a result of the right hamstring strain he sustained in Sunday's loss to the Chiefs. Peliserro relays, however, that the star wideout's exact recovery timetable has yet to be determined, meaning he could be sidelined for longer than four weeks. An extended absence from Jefferson would leave Jordan Addison and K.J. Osborn as the Vikings' top receivers, with tight end T.J. Hockenson potentially becoming Kirk Cousins' go-to target. Next on deck for Minnesota is a matchup against the Bears on Sunday.

Marvin Mims WR | DEN
Broncos' Marvin Mims: Minimal involvement in loss
Mims secured his only target for four yards in Sunday's 31-21 loss to the Jets.
Mims was an afterthought in the Broncos' offense Sunday, earning a season-low one target in the contest. The rookie wideout saw the field for just 33 percent of Denver's offensive snaps, playing behind Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy and Brandon Johnson. Despite Mims' impressive playmaking ability, the Broncos' coaching staff has yet to fully unleash him on offense. On tap is a Thursday night matchup with the Chiefs, a game that will likely require the Broncos to air it out in order to keep up with the high-powered Chiefs offense. The 21-year-old will look to bounce back in this Week 6 matchup when the Broncos head to Kansas City.

Ronnie Bell WR | NO
49ers' Ronnie Bell: No catches Sunday
Bell failed to catch his lone target in Sunday's 42-10 win over the Cowboys.
Jauan Jennings (shin) returned from his one-game absence against the Cowboys to bring the 49ers' receiver room back to full strength, effectively pushing Bell into a special teams role. Eleven of the rookie's 14 offensive snaps came in garbage time of the blowout victory, with Bell's lone target coming much earlier in the game when he dropped a catchable ball from Brock Purdy that would have dug the offense out of a second-and-long hole. Bell made up for his gaff on special teams two plays later by fielding Mitch Wishnowsky's punt within five yards of Dallas' end zone to pin the opposition deep in its own territory. The Michigan product will likely need another crooked score to reach double-digit snaps on offense against Cleveland on Sunday.

Ray-Ray McCloud WR | NYG
49ers' Ray-Ray McCloud: Records catch in garbage time
McCloud caught his lone target for one yard in Sunday's 42-10 win over Dallas.
McCloud was on the field for 13 offensive snaps (18 percent) Sunday, but 11 of those came after San Francisco mercifully pulled its starters early in the fourth quarter. The return specialist still left his mark on the game by averaging a healthy 9.8 yards on four punt returns while also becoming the answer to "who caught Sam Darnold's first pass as a 49er?" should that question ever come up at a trivia night. McCloud provides minimal fantasy utility against the Browns next Sunday now that the 49ers' receiver room is back at full strength.

Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC
Raiders' Jakobi Meyers: Bounces back as starting QB returns
Meyers turned 10 targets into seven receptions for 75 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 17-13 win over Green Bay.
Meyers welcomed back starter Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) with open arms after receiving a season-low four targets Week 4 with rookie Aidan O'Connell filling in for the injured starter. Meyers finished as the Raiders' leading receiver with fellow starter Davante Adams (shoulder) playing at less than 100 percent Monday. The former has now reached double-digit targets in all three games that both he and Garoppolo have been active in this season. Meyers is on pace for his first 1,000-yard season after achieving a 25-274-3 receiving line through four starts with his new club. The former Patriot will begin preparing to face his old club in a home matchup against New England in Week 6.

Davante Adams WR | LAR
Raiders' Davante Adams: Records 45 receiving yards Monday
Adams (shoulder) hauled in all four of his targets for 45 yards in Monday's 17-13 win over the Packers.
Adams carried a questionable tag through the weekend with a banged-up shoulder, creating a lineup dilemma for fantasy managers heading into Week 5. The Raiders' No. 1 wideout was healthy enough to suit up and help his team secure the win, but he even admitted in a postgame interview that his shoulder affected his play Monday. Adams' four targets were well below his season average of 12.5 per game, and he was sitting at one reception for most of the contest before making three crucial catches on what turned out to be the game-winning drive. The positive takeaway from Monday's win was that Adams did not appear to suffer a setback to his shoulder, giving him a strong chance to be ready for Sunday's tilt versus the Patriots.

Romeo Doubs WR | NE
Packers' Romeo Doubs: Nearly shut out in Week 5 loss
Doubs brought in one of four targets for four yards in the Packers' 17-13 loss to the Raiders on Monday night.
Doubs' stat line was part of the collateral damage of Jordan Love's accuracy issues, with the talented receiver's reception and receiving yardage totals both qualifying as season lows. Doubs' downturn was especially striking considering he'd generated a 14-168-1 line on 25 targets over the previous two games, but the second-year wideout should have a good chance to bounce back in a Week 7 road matchup versus the Broncos following a Week 6 bye.
-
Christian Watson WR | GB
Packers' Christian Watson: Team-high yardage tally in loss
Watson secured three of seven targets for 91 yards and rushed once for minus-5 yards in the Packers' 17-13 loss to the Raiders on Monday night.
Watson came up with the biggest play of the night by far for the Packers on a 77-yard grab on the first play of a mid-third-quarter drive that culminated in a field goal. The speedster was also the intended receiver on Jordan Love's third and final interception of the night, a play where Watson appeared to have broken free for a would-be touchdown had the ball been thrown a couple of seconds earlier. Watson's boost in production after a 2-25-1 line in his Week 4 season debut against the Lions was certainly a welcome sight, and he'll now have a chance for some downtime during a Week 6 bye before a Week 7 road matchup against the Broncos.
-
Xavier Gipson WR | NYG
Jets' Xavier Gipson: No touches on offense in Week 5
Gipson wasn't targeted in Sunday's 31-21 win over the Broncos. He had one kickoff return for 20 yards, two punt returns for 14 yards and committed two fumbles, losing one.
After getting involved with one catch and two rushing attempts in Week 4, Gipson didn't register a touch on offense in Week 5. He also muffed a punt in the third quarter to set the Broncos up in Jets territory, but New York overcame the rookie's miscue and notched its second win of the season.

Randall Cobb WR | NYJ
Jets' Randall Cobb: Invisible again in Week 5
Cobb didn't catch his lone target in Sunday's 31-21 win over the Broncos.
Cobb has just three catches for 20 yards on nine targets through five games with the Jets. The veteran slot receiver played 35 percent of offensive snaps Sunday, which marked a season low, and Cobb's usage could continue to trend down unless his production improves.
