  • Noah Brown WR | WAS

Texans' Noah Brown: Unlikely to play Sunday

Brown (knee) is not expected to play Sunday against the Cardinals, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Brown will work out before the 1 p.m. ET kickoff to determine his status, but it's unlikely that he gets the green light to play. If Brown is deemed inactive, veteran Robert Woods is expected to slide back into three-wide sets, with Nico Collins and rookie Tank Dell handling most of the heavy lifting for the Texans.

  • Michael Wilson WR | ARI

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Not expected to play Sunday

Wilson (shoulder) is listed as questionable but is expected to sit out Sunday's game against the Texans, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

According to Schefter, Wilson suffered a setback this week, making him unlikely to avoid the Cardinals' inactive list, which will be released 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. With Wilson likely out, look for Marquise Brown and Trey McBride to dominate the targets for Arizona while Rondale Moore and Greg Dortch could see increased reps on offense.

  • Richie James WR | KC

Chiefs' Richie James: Rejoins active roster Saturday

James (knee) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

James is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Eagles, but if he's able to suit up, it would be his first appearance since Week 2. Prior to being placed on injured reserve, James worked as Kansas City's primary punt returner while playing a part-time role on offense at wide receiver.

  • Steven Sims WR | ARI

Texans' Steven Sims: Elevated for Sunday

The Texans elevated Sims to their active roster Saturday, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

With Noah Brown (knee) listed as questionable for Sunday's contest, Sims was likely added to Houston's active roster to ensure depth at wide receiver. The 26-year-old wideout most recently played with the Steelers in 2022, recording 14 catches for 104 yards in 12 appearances.

  • David Sills WR | TB

Broncos' David Sills: Added to active roster

The Broncos elevated Sills to their active roster Saturday, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Sills joins Denver's active roster for the second consecutive game after making his 2023 debut during the team's Week 10 win over the Bills. In his one appearance this season, the 27-year-old wideout played four total snaps (all on offense) and failed to record a stat.

  • DJ Turner WR | LV

Raiders' DJ Turner: Gets spot on active roster

The Raiders signed Turner to their active roster Saturday.

In order for Turner to play Sunday in Miami, it was necessary for Las Vegas to sign him to the active roster, as he had already been elevated three times this season. The 26-year-old wideout has featured almost exclusively on special teams when active, logging just three offensive snaps without recording any stats. Turner will likely continue to work mostly or exclusively on special teams this Sunday.

  • Mike Strachan WR | WAS

Panthers' Mike Strachan: Elevated ahead of Week 11

The Panthers elevated Strachan from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.

Strachan will be active on gameday for the second straight week after catching one of two targets for 45 yards against the Bears in Week 10. The third-year wideout has shown a penchant for big plays in his limited NFL action, as three of his six career catches have gone for 20-plus yards. Strachan is unlikely to see enough snaps against the Cowboys on Sunday to be a fantasy target, however.

  • Andre Baccellia: Signs with active roster

The Cardinals signed Baccellia to their active roster Saturday, Howard Balzer of GoPHNX.com reports.

Baccellia's signing to the active roster could very well be in response to Michael Wilson (shoulder) popping up on the Cardinals' injury report Friday. Baccellia, a second-year wideout, has appeared in two games for Arizona this year, playing a total of 11 snaps (five offensive and six on special teams) and returning one kickoff for 22 yards.

  • Robbie Chosen WR | WAS

Dolphins' Robbie Chosen: Back with Miami

The Dolphins signed Chosen to their practice squad and elevated him to the active roster Saturday.

Miami has decided to bring Chosen back to its practice squad just two days after waiving him. The veteran wideout was likely elevated to the Dolphins' active roster to ensure depth at wide receiver, with both Braxton Berrios (hamstring) and Chase Claypool (knee) carrying injury designations into the weekend.

  • Richie James WR | KC

Chiefs' Richie James: Logs another full practice

James (knee) was a full participant in practice for the third straight day Saturday, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.

James remains on injured reserve, but he logged his second straight week of full practices around Kansas City's Week 10 bye. The veteran wideout has played in just two games this season, notching one catch on three targets for six yards over 26 offensive snaps. While he appears to be progressing, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said "probably not" when asked if James would play this Monday against Philadelphia, per Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com. Kansas City has until Nov. 22 to activate James before he'd need to sit out the rest of the season on IR.
