Ricky Pearsall WR | SF
49ers' Ricky Pearsall: Set for activation
Pearsall (chest) doesn't have an injury designation and is expected to be activated for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
It's good timing for the 49ers with No. 3 receiver Jauan Jennings (hip) out for the first time this season, but they may prefer veteran Chris Conley over Pearsall as the regular replacement. Pearsall was a full practice participant all week and apparently will be activated from the reserve/non-football injury list before Sunday.

Jauan Jennings WR | MIN
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Ruled out for Week 7
Jennings (hip) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Jennings didn't practice at all this week, leaving the 49ers with Chris Conley, Ronnie Bell and rookies Jacob Cowing and Ricky Pearsall (chest) as the WR choices behind Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel (wrist). While Pearsall's status as a first-round pick makes him the one with the most long-term fantasy interest, he may not have much of a role after spending the first six weeks of the season on the reserve/non-football injury list due to injuries sustained in a shooting. Conley is the favorite to get the most snaps, although it's far from a sure thing. Jennings' next chance to play is a Week 8 game against the Cowboys on Sunday, Oct. 27.

Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Cleared for Super Bowl rematch
Samuel (wrist) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
One of the toughest wide receivers in the league, Samuel never figured to miss a Super Bowl rematch (2x) with a wrist injury. He even shed his non-contact jersey at Friday's practice, and there could be a bit more weight placed on him and Brandon Aiyuk in the absence of No. 3 receiver Jauan Jennings, who was ruled out Friday with a hip injury.

Trey Palmer WR | NO
Buccaneers' Trey Palmer: Logs full practice
Palmer (concussion) was a full practice participant Friday.
It's a sign of progress after limited participation Thursday, but he'll still need to clear concussion protocol to play in Monday's game against the Ravens, at which point Palmer likely would be the fourth or fifth WR on Tampa's depth chart.

Javon Baker WR | SF
Patriots' Javon Baker: Questionable for Sunday
Baker (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars, Mark Daniels of MassLive.com reports.
Baker popped up on the Patriots' injury report Friday as a non-participant in practice due to an illness, and his status for New England's Week 7 contest now appears to be in jeopardy. The rookie out of UCF has been a healthy scratch in each of the Patriots' last three games, so even if he's past his illness by Sunday, he may still be inactive.

Mike Evans WR | SF
Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Limited to side work Friday
Evans (hamstring) didn't practice Friday, but he worked with a trainer on a side field, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
It isn't clear if Evans did any running, as the video clip with the trainer only shows him stretching. Coach Todd Bowles revealed Thursday that Evans has a lingering lower-body injury, which probably explains why his snap share dropped to 54 percent and his route share to 68 percent in a 51-27 win over the Saints this past Sunday. Back-to-back absences from practice have him looking uncertain for Monday's game against Baltimore -- a team that's given up big-time production to perimeter receivers this season.

Roman Wilson WR | PIT
Steelers' Roman Wilson: Questionable for Week 7
Wilson (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Jets, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Wilson made his NFL debut in the Steelers' Week 6 win over the Raiders, playing just five of the team's 67 offensive snaps and failing to record a stat. The Michigan product then popped up on Pittsburgh's injury report as a limited participant in practice both Thursday and Friday due to a hamstring issue, putting his Week 7 availability in jeopardy. If Wilson can't play through his hamstring injury Sunday night, expect Scotty Miller to see increased snaps in the Steelers' wide-receiver corps.
-
Michael Pittman WR | PIT
Colts' Michael Pittman: Likely to play Sunday, barring setback
Pittman, who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Dolphins, is expected to play this weekend as long as he doesn't have a setback with his back injury, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
After a back issue emerged for Pittman last week, there was a belief that he'd miss multiple weeks and perhaps even be placed on injured reserve. He was able to buck that report and suit up this past Sunday at Tennessee, logging a healthy 80 percent snap share and gathering in three of five targets for 35 yards and one touchdown. During Week 7 prep, Pittman sandwiched DNPs around a full practice Thursday, ultimately getting a questionable designation ahead of the weekend. Before Pittman was given that tag, though, coach Shane Steichen told Boyd, "Yeah, he'll be out there," in reference to the wide receiver's ability to suit up. A game-time decision thus seems likely for Pittman, and his status will be clarified about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If he's available, he'll be welcoming back franchise QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) for the first time since Week 4, and Pittman's usage could be impacted by the fact fellow WRs Josh Downs (toe) and Alec Pierce (shoulder) also are listed as questionable.

Jauan Jennings WR | MIN
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Misses another practice
Jennings (hip) isn't practicing Friday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Rookie first-round pick Ricky Pearsall (chest) has a shot to make his NFL regular-season debut, but the 49ers probably will favor veteran Chris Conley in the No. 3 receiver role if Jennings doesn't play this Sunday against the Chiefs. A third straight missed practice has Jennings trending toward his first absence of the season.
-
Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
49ers' Deebo Samuel: No longer using non-contact jersey
Samuel (wrist) isn't wearing a non-contact jersey during Friday's practice, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
It's a strong hint he'll play Sunday against the Chiefs, although there's still some chance the 49ers give Samuel a game designation on their final injury report Friday afternoon. It's hard to imagine Samuel missing a Super Bowl rematch with any wrist injury short of a broken bone.
