Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Back at practice Friday
Ayomanor (shoulder) is practicing Friday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Ayomanor exited Thursday's practice early due to an issue with his left shoulder, but he apparently dodged a serious injury. The second-year wideout is competing for slotting in Tennessee's wideout pecking order, so it's important that he didn't have to miss much time.

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Exits practice with shoulder injury
Ayomanor (shoulder) exited Thursday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Per Wyatt, Ayomanor left Thursday's session early with a trainer, holding his left shoulder. For now, as he's being evaluated, per Wyatt, consider the wideout day-to-day as the Titans' Aug. 13 exhibition opener against the 49ers approaches. Ahead of the coming campaign, Ayomanor is line to compete for a rotational role in a Tennessee WR corps that features Carnell Tate, Wan'Dale Robinson and Calvin Ridley, with fellow 2025 draftee Chimere Dike also in the mix.

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Competing for role in WR rotation
Ahead of training camp, Nick Suss of the Nashville Tennessean projects that Ayomanor is line to compete for a rotational role in a Titans WR corps that added Wan'Dale Robinson via free agency and landed Carnell Tate with the fourth overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
As a rookie, the 2025 fourth-rounder logged a 41/515/4 receiving mark on 89 targets in 16 regular-season contests, while fellow fourth-round choice Chimere Dike put up a 48/423/4 mark (on 74 targets). However, with Robinson and Tate on board and slated to command their share of targets in 2026, both Ayomanor and Dike face obstacles to steady volume in their second pro campaigns, especially given that Calvin Ridley -- who was limited to seven games last year -- remains in the mix. In that context, Ayomanor brings modest fantasy lineup appeal to the table out of the gate this season unless injuries hit Tennessee's pass-catching corps in advance of Week 1.

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Makes little of 10 targets
Ayomanor recorded three receptions on 10 targets for 50 yards in Sunday's 41-7 loss to the Jaguars.
Ayomanor showed early rapport with Cam Ward (shoulder), making a nice catch-and-run for a 39-yard gain on the team's first possession. However, Ward then exited the game, and Brandon Allen struggled to move the Tennessee offense, which led to Ayomanor's inefficient line. Ayomanor ends his rookie season with 515 receiving yards and four touchdowns across 16 games, though he could be less of a priority in the offense in 2026 if the Titans can make much-needed improvements to their wide receiver room.

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Gets into end zone Sunday
Ayomanor brought in four of seven targets for 37 yards and a touchdown in the Titans' 34-26 loss to the Saints on Sunday.
Ayomanor tied for the team lead in receptions and targets while adding the fourth touchdown of his career on a seven-yard catch late in the first half. The rookie has picked up the pace over the last two games after a multi-week funk, as he sports a 7-95-1 line on 11 targets over the last pair of contests. Ayomanor needs 35 receiving yards in a Week 18 road matchup against the Jaguars to reach the 500-yard mark in his first NFL campaign.

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Leading receiver in Week 16 win
Ayomanor caught three of four targets for 58 yards in Sunday's 26-9 win over Kansas City.
While the production was modest, Ayomanor led the Titans in receiving yards while catching more than two passes for the first time since Week 9. With Cam Ward beginning to assert himself, the Tennessee passing attack has a little more upside than it did to begin the season, but Ayomanor's 34-428-3 line on 72 targets over 14 games won't make him an appealing fantasy option in Week 17 against the Saints.

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Only targeted once
Ayomanor recorded one reception (on one target) for 17 yards in Sunday's 37-24 loss to the 49ers.
Ayomanor recorded a 17-yard catch on Tennessee's opening possession and looked to be in for a big role in the offense. However, he wasn't targeted again and now has been held to only one catch in three straight contests.
