Brock Bowers TE | LV
Raiders' Brock Bowers: No limitations on MNF
Bowers (knee) corralled five of eight targets for 38 yards in Monday's 20-9 loss to the Chargers.
Bowers was able to suit up after injuring his knee Week 1 and being limited to just one practice Saturday. The budding superstar wore a bulky brace on his left knee but otherwise was unaffected by the injury that threatened his status for Monday's primetime matchup. Bowers' pedestrian stat line was the result of a horrid passing night from QB Geno Smith, who completed just 55 percent of his pass attempts while throwing three interceptions. With the injury scare behind him, Bowers and the entire Las Vegas offense will look to right the ship in a road tilt against the Commanders on Sunday.

Dalton Schultz TE | HOU
Texans' Dalton Schultz: Gains 29 yards on MNF
Schultz had three receptions (on four targets) for 29 yards in Monday's 20-19 loss to Tampa Bay.
Schultz turned in another mild fantasy score despite finishing second in targets for the Texans. The veteran starter provides predictability for those in deeper formats, but his lack of upside and scoring potential (two touchdowns over 17 starts in 2024) keep him from flourishing in fantasy circles. Schultz remains a low-end option heading into a Week 3 matchup against the Jaguars on Sunday.

Kylen Granson TE | PHI
Eagles' Kylen Granson: Second straight game with one catch
Granson pulled in his lone target for five yards in Sunday's victory over the Chiefs.
Granson was elevated from No. 3 to No. 2 tight end in the absence of Dallas Goedert (knee), which led to an increase in snaps for the former from Week 1's tally of 17 to 33. He still finished with just a single catch, though, so it would likely take injuries to both Goedert and Calcaterra (who also caught just one pass Sunday) for Granson to have a shot at fantasy relevance.

Grant Calcaterra TE | PHI
Eagles' Grant Calcaterra: Held to one catch as top tight end
Calcaterra served as the Eagles' No. 1 tight end Sunday against the Chiefs due to Dallas Goedert's knee injury but finished with just one catch for six yards.
Calcaterra outsnapped fellow tight end Kyle Granson 53-34, leaving little doubt that he remains Goedert's top deputy. Goedert has missed an average of five games per season since 2022, so that role should continue to lead to a handful of starts for Calcaterra, but those starts won't necessarily lead to many targets. He was targeted just twice in Week 2.

Oronde Gadsden II TE | LAC
Chargers' Oronde Gadsden: Inactive again Week 2
Gadsden (coach's decision) is a healthy scratch for Monday night's AFC West battle against Las Vegas.
Gadsden was also a healthy scratch Week 1 against the Chiefs, so he doesn't appear to be in the Chargers' offensive plans barring an injury ahead of him in the tight-end pecking order. The team will again roll with two tight ends -- Will Dissly and Tyler Conklin -- for Monday night's matchup.

Brock Bowers TE | LV
Raiders' Brock Bowers: Suiting up Monday, as expected
Bowers (knee) is listed as active Monday against the Chargers.
After making an early exit from the Raiders' season-opening win at New England due to a knee injury, Bowers was held out of practice Thursday and Friday before returning to the field Saturday as a limited participant. Coach Pete Carroll told Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee after the latter session that he expected Bowers to suit up in Week 2, but it appears he'll be wearing a brace on his left knee, per Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com. Even if he operates with some limitations Monday, Bowers should be a regular target for QB Geno Smith, after the tight end compiled five catches on eight targets for 103 yards for him on a 51 percent snap share in Week 1.

Brayden Willis TE | SF
Brayden Willis: Returns to practice squad
Willis reverted to the 49ers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Willis failed to reel in his only target while playing six offensive snaps in Sunday's 26-21 win over the Saints. The tight end is eligible to be elevated to the active roster two more times before the 49ers would have to sign him to the active roster.
-
Cameron Latu TE | PHI
Cameron Latu: Reverts to practice squad
Latu reverted to Philadelphia's practice squad Monday.
Latu played nine snaps on offense and 15 on special teams during Sunday's victory over the Chiefs but failed to record any stats. The 25-year-old could be elevated again for the team's week 3 matchup versus the Rams should Dallas Goedert (knee) remain sidelined.
-
Quintin Morris TE | JAC
Quintin Morris: Reverts to practice squad
Morris reverted to the Jaguars' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Morris played 17 snaps on special teams during Sunday's loss to the Bengals, recording one tackle. He's essentially the Jaguars' fourth tight end behind Brenton Strange, Johnny Mundt and Hunter Long.

Joel Wilson TE | CHI
Joel Wilson: Signed by Tennessee
The Titans signed Wilson to their practice squad Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Tennessee swapped out TE Drake Dabney for Wilson on the practice squad. Wilson spent the offseason with the Bears but was cut following the preseason. He'll serve as organizational depth behind Chig Okonkwo and Gunnar Helm.
