Hill (chest) practiced fully Wednesday, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.

Hill sustained a chest injury Week 2 at Dallas that necessitated a visit to a local hospital. He proceeded to log a pair of limited practices during Week 3 prep before the Saints ruled him out ahead of this past Sunday's eventual loss to the Eagles. On Sunday, Jay Glazer of Fox Sports revealed that Hill was tending to a bruised lung, but the gadget player appears to be past the issue after Wednesday's uncapped session. In parts of two games this season, Hill has eight carries for 53 yards, two catches (on three targets) for two yards and no pass attempts or touchdowns.

Hudson (knee) was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice estimation, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

Hudson missed the Bengals' Week 3 loss to the Commanders due to a knee injury, and it appears he's still dealing with the issue. The 29-year-old tight end will likely need to upgrade to at least limited participation Thursday or Friday in order to suit up in Week 4, as the Bengals travel to Carolina.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Kittle (hamstring) will be a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Kittle showed up on the 49ers' Week 3 injury report last Thursday as a non-participant due to hamstring tightness, which kept him out of Friday's session and Sunday's eventual road loss to the Rams. Shanahan noted Monday that the team was hopeful Kittle would be able to practice this week, and the tight end will do so in his first session of Week 4 prep. Kittle thus will have two more chances to get back to full before San Francisco potentially marks him with a designation ahead of Sunday's contest against the Patriots.

Hill (chest) is participating in Wednesday's practice, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Saints coach Dennis Allen said he Wednesday anticipates Hill "being ready to go" for Sunday's road matchup with the Falcons, according to Luke Johnson of The New Orleans Times-Picayune. The versatile playmaker appears to be practicing in at least a limited capacity Wednesday after having missed the Week 3 loss to the Eagles due to a bruised lung. Barring any setbacks in practice Thursday and Friday, Hill will be in line to return for Sunday's contest.

Goedert is not participating in the open portion of Wednesday's walk-through practice, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.

Goedert is catching passes off to the side Wednesday, while A.J. Brown (hamstring) and DeVonta Smith (concussion) are both sitting out the session entirely. The tight end is coming off a career-best Week 3 performance against the Saints in which he secured 10 of 11 targets for 170 yards, and his availability will be of critical importance Sunday versus Tampa Bay if either or both of Brown and Smith can't go. The Eagles will release their first Week 4 practice report later Wednesday, when it will be known why Goedert was contained to working out off to the side.

Deguara reverted to the Jaguars' practice squad Tuesday.

Deguara will elevated to the active roster for Monday's loss to the Bills, as Evan Engram (hamstring) was sidelined. The Cincinnati product saw 10 snaps on offense, catching his lone target for an eight-yard gain. If Engram isn't healthy enough to compete Sunday against the Texans, Deguara will likely get another opportunity with the active roster.

Njoku (ankle) isn't in line to practice Wednesday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Njoku has missed two straight contests due to a high-ankle sprain, and his status for Sunday's game against the Raiders remains uncertain while he continues to sit out practice. That said, Cabot relays that Njoku is expected to get some work in later in the week, offering some hope that he could put an end to his two-game absence Sunday. If, however, Njoku remains out versus Las Vegas, Jordan Akins would continue to lead the Browns' tight-end corps.

Morris played nine of the Bills' 64 snaps on offense and didn't draw a target in Monday's 47-10 win over the Jaguars.

Even though the big margin of victory allowed the No. 3 tight end to see a slight uptick in playing time after he joined the offense for six plays in both of the first two games of the season, Morris still went without a target for the third straight contest. While both Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox are healthy, Morris won't have a path to a meaningful role on offense, but Morris is locked into a key role on the Bills' special-teams units.

Sinnott failed to record a single target in Monday's 38-33 win over the Bengals.

Despite not being targeted in the contest, Sinnott saw his snap percentage increase to 42 percent in Week 3 after averaging a 21 percent snap share in the first two weeks. The rookie tight end continues to play behind both Zach Ertz and John Bates, limiting his opportunities in the Commanders' offense. Sinnott should continue to develop going forward, but he remains off the fantasy radar heading into a Week 4 matchup against the Cardinals.

All secured all four of his targets for 22 yards in Monday's 38-33 loss to the Commanders.

All played 21 of Cincinnati's 62 offensive snaps Monday, behind fellow tight ends Mike Gesicki (31) and Drew Sample (25). Despite operating as the No. 3 tight end, the rookie saw four targets for the second straight week. Though All should be a candidate to draw looks from quarterback Joe Burrow when he's on the field, the rookie isn't seeing enough snaps at the moment to be viewed as a trustworthy fantasy options.
