Falcons' Nick Muse: Catches on with Atlanta
The Falcons signed Muse to a contract Tuesday, Tori McElhaney of the team's official site reports.
Muse will join the Falcons two days after being released from the Lions' 90-man roster. The 2022 seventh-rounder will join the Falcons for training camp and have the opportunity to audition for a spot on the 53-man roster or practice squad for the start of the 2026 season. Muse last saw regular-season action in 2024 with the Vikings, when he totalled 64 snaps (17 on offense, 47 on special teams) across four games.

Lions' Nick Muse: Joins Detroit for training camp
Muse signed with the Lions on Monday.
With Tyler Conklin (knee) on the active/PUP list unable to start training camp, Detroit needed more depth at tight end. Muse played 16 regular-season games with Minnesota from 2022-24, but he spent last season on the practice squads of the Rams, Cardinals and Eagles. The 27-year-old projects to compete for a reserve role at tight end with Anthony Firkser and Jackson Meeks over the coming weeks.

Nick Muse: Joins Jets' practice squad
The Jets signed Muse to their practice squad Wednesday, Susanna Weir of the team's official site reports.
Muse has had stints on the Cardinals' and Rams' practice squads this season, but he's yet to be elevated for game action. He spent the first three seasons of his career with Minnesota, recording one catch for a 22-yard touchdown over 16 regular-season games while playing mostly on special teams. The Jets are dealing with injuries to two of the tight ends on their active roster (Mason Taylor (neck) and Stone Smartt (concussion), so Muse provides insurance in case one or both players can't suit up Sunday against Jacksonville.

Nick Muse: Waived by LA
The Rams waived Muse from the practice squad Tuesday.
Muse did not appear in a game for the Rams this season after signing with them Nov. 11. The team seems to be confident in its tight end depth, riding with Colby Parkinson, Davis Allen, Terrance Ferguson and Nick Vannett. Tyler Higbee (ankle) potentially can return from IR for Week 16 as well. Muse will now go on waivers and if he clears he will be a free agent.

The Eagles signed Muse to a reserve/future contract Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Muse played in four regular-season games for the Vikings in 2024 before being let go in early January. He joined the Eagles' practice squad for their playoff run but wasn't elevated to the active roster for a single game. Muse will be on Philadelphia's 90-man roster when the new league year begins March 12, which gives him the ability to participate in OTAs, minicamp and training camp.
