  • Tyler Mabry TE | CAR

Seahawks' Tyler Mabry: Signed to active roster

The Seahawks signed Mabry from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Mabry was unable to make the Seahawks' 53-man roster at the end of training camp, but he opted to stick around on the practice squad. Though he hasn't been elevated this season, he'll be on Seattle's active roster for Sunday's game against San Francisco. With Noah Fant (groin) and Brady Russell (foot) sidelined, Mabry will serve as the Seahawks' No. 3 tight end behind AJ Barner and Pharaoh Brown.

  • Zach Davidson TE | NYG

Bills' Zach Davidson: Elevated for Week 11

The Bills elevated Davidson from the practice squad Saturday.

With Dalton Kincaid (knee) out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Davidson will provide tight end depth behind Dawson Knox and Quintin Morris. Davidson has yet to play a regular-season snap in the NFL.

  • James Mitchell TE | CAR

Lions' James Mitchell: Elevated for Week 11

The Lions elevated Mitchell from the practice squad Saturday.

With Sam LaPorta (shoulder) out, Mitchell will provide depth behind Brock Wright and Shane Zylstra on Sunday against the Jaguars. A fifth-round pick by the Lions in 2022, Mitchell has 13 career catches for 141 yards and one touchdown.

  • Raiders' Michael Mayer: Activated off NFI list

Mayer (personal) was activated from the reserve/non-football illness list Saturday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. He still remains questionable for Sunday's contest against the Dolphins.

Brock Bowers has been one of the Raiders' few revelations this season, so even if Mayer does end up playing Sunday, it's hard to imagine the second-year tight end cutting into Bowers' pass-catching opportunities significantly.

  • Ben Sinnott TE | WAS

Commanders' Ben Sinnott: Just six offensive snaps Thursday

Sinnott was not targetted during Thursday's 26-18 loss to the Eagles.

Sinnott's six snaps on offense Thursday was his lowest of the regular season, and he has failed to see a target in three of his last four games. He appears destined for that kind of workload while working as the Commanders' No. 3 tight end behind Zach Ertz and John Bates.

  • John Bates TE | WAS

Commanders' John Bates: Two catches vs. Philadelphia

Bates caught two passes on three targets for 17 yards during Thursday's 26-18 loss to the Commanders.

Bates had gone catchless the last two games, but he finished Thursday's game third in both receptions and receiving yards behind Austin Ekeler (eight catches for 89 yards) and Zach Ertz (six receptions for 47 yards). Bates played on just 30 percent of the Commanders' offensive snaps, and he's been hovering around that rate as he operates as the Commanders' No. 2 tight end behind Ertz and ahead of Ben Sinnott. Through 11 regular-season games, Bates has played 295 snaps on offense and accumulated five catches (on eight targets) for 51 yards.

  • Stone Smartt TE | PHI

Chargers' Stone Smartt: Ready for Sunday night

Smartt (ankle) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Bengals.

Smartt was sidelined for each of the Chargers' last two games due to an ankle injury likely sustained in Week 8's win over the Saints. However, he practiced in full Friday and is now in line to return to the field Sunday. Expect Smartt to serve as a depth piece in the Chargers' tight end room in Week 11, playing behind both Hayden Hurst and Will Dissly.

  • C.J. Uzomah TE | PHI

C.J. Uzomah: Reverts to practice squad

Uzomah reverted to the Eagles' practice squad Friday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Uzomah suited up for the Eagles' Week 11 win over the Commanders on Thursday night, playing just one offensive snap and failing to record a stat. He could rejoin Philadelphia's active roster as soon as Week 12's matchup against the Rams, as the Eagles are currently carrying just two tight ends: Grant Calcaterra and Dallas Goedert.

  • Cam Grandy TE | CIN

Bengals' Cam Grandy: Signs to active roster

The Bengals signed Grandy to their active roster Friday.

Grandy made his first appearance of the season in Cincinnati's Week 10 loss to the Ravens, catching his lone target for no yards across 10 total snaps (four offensive and six on special teams). The Bengals now have five tight ends on their active roster following Grandy's signing Friday. He's expected to serve as a depth piece while also likely contributing on special teams in Cincinnati's Week 11 matchup against the Chargers.

  • Raiders' Harrison Bryant: Won't play Week 11

Bryant (ankle) did not practice Friday and has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Bryant was able to practice in a limited capacity Thursday, but his ankle injury was serious enough to prevent him from seeing the field Friday, and the 2020 fourth-round pick will be sidelined Sunday for the second time this season. With Bryant sidelined, Justin Shorter will serve as the Raiders' No. 2 tight end behind rookie starter Brock Bowers.
