Blake Whiteheart TE | CLE
Browns' Blake Whiteheart: Clear to play in season finale
Whiteheart (knee) is not among Cleveland's inactives for Saturday's Week 18 matchup against Baltimore.
Whiteheart carried a questionable tag heading into Saturday due to a knee issue, but he's been given the green light to suit up. The second-year tight end has served as the Browns' No. 3 tight end most of the campaign, but he could be in line for a bigger role due to David Njoku (knee) being placed on IR on Friday. Jordan Akins is set to start in Njoku's stead Saturday, and Whiteheart should slot in behind Akins on the depth chart.

Charlie Kolar TE | LAC
Ravens' Charlie Kolar: Good to go Saturday
Kolar (forearm) is active for Saturday's Week 18 matchup against Cleveland.
If he gets into the game, as expected, Kolar will see his first action since he broke his forearm Week 12 against the Chargers. Prior to the injury, the third-year pro had been working as a special teams stalwart while also serving as Baltimore's third tight end behind Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: Questionable for Week 18
Kittle (ankle/hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Kittle returned to a limited practice Thursday after sitting out Wednesday. He doesn't have anything to play for in terms of playoff implications or contract incentives, but that doesn't mean he won't give it a go ahead of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

Tyler Conklin TE | DET
Jets' Tyler Conklin: Questionable after limited practice
Conklin (calf) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Conklin mustered a limited practice Friday after being a non-participant Wednesday and Thursday to give himself a shot at suiting up. If he's unable to play Sunday, Conklin would finish the season with 49 catches for 433 yards and three touchdowns on 69 targets. Jeremy Ruckert would be the top candidate for increased playing time in that scenario.
-
Travis Kelce TE | KC
Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Doubtful for Sunday
Kelce (coach's decision) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's contest in Denver.
This comes as no surprise, as QB Patrick Mahomes (ankle) also is listed as doubtful, RB Isiah Pacheco (ribs) has been ruled out, and RB Kareem Hunt received the same listing as Kelce. With the Chiefs having locked up the No. 1 seed on the AFC side of the playoffs, they're taking a cautious approach with a number of key players, which predictably includes Kelce. At least for Week 18, Noah Gray, Peyton Hendershot and practice-squad members Robert Tonyan and Anthony Firkser will be the candidates to fill in at tight end for Kansas City. Kelce instead will turn his focus to the team's postseason opener in the divisional round on either Jan. 18 or 19.

Charlie Kolar TE | LAC
Ravens' Charlie Kolar: Activated from injured reserve
The Ravens activated Kolar (forearm) from injured reserve Friday.
Kolar remains listed as questionable, but this move would suggest he's going to play in Saturday's game against the Browns, as the Ravens are trying to hold onto the AFC North title. Kolar is recovering from a broken forearm suffered in practice ahead of Week 13, and he's missed the required four contests while on injured reserve.
-
Dallas Goedert TE | PHI
Eagles' Dallas Goedert: No injury designation
Goedert (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Giants.
The Eagles are resting most of their starters but seemingly want to give Goedert a tune up before the wild-card round of the playoffs. He last played Week 13 and now is on track to be activated from injured reserve Saturday. It'll be a major surprise if Goedert handles his normal workload Sunday.
-
Juwan Johnson TE | NO
Saints' Juwan Johnson: Questionable for Week 18
Johnson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Johnson swapped out a lingering foot issue for a knee injury this week, which resulted in limited listings on all three practice reports. His status for Week 18 will be clarified about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, and if he's able to suit up, he likely will continue to split TE reps with Foster Moreau. Since Taysom Hill was lost for the season due to a torn ACL, Johnson has put up a 14-155-1 line on 20 targets over the last four games, while Moreau (11-159-2 line on 14 targets) has nearly matched his output.
-
Payne Durham TE | TB
Buccaneers' Payne Durham: Cleared, could start again
Durham (quadriceps) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Saints.
Durham and Devin Culp (ribs) both avoided designations and should continue to play larger roles in the regular-season finale since Cade Otton (knee) is listed as doubtful. Over the previous two games Otton missed, Durham caught seven of 10 targets for 65 yards and one touchdown. Durham upgraded to full practice participation Friday to gain clearance for Sunday's win-and-in game after missing practice Wednesday and being a limited participant Thursday.

Chigoziem Okonkwo TE | WAS
Titans' Chig Okonkwo: Questionable after Friday 'DNP'
Okonkwo (abdomen) is listed as questionable for Sunday's season finale against the Texans after not practicing Friday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Okonkwo was added to the Titans' Week 18 injury report after logging a limited practice Thursday, and in the wake of being deemed a non-participant Friday, he'll head into the weekend with his status up in the air. If Okonkwo is limited at all or ruled out for the team's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, Nick Vannett, Josh Whyle and David Martin-Robinson would be in line to handle added tight end reps Week 18.
