  • C.J. Uzomah TE | PHI

Bengals' C.J. Uzomah: Limited at practice

Uzomah (ankle) was limited at practice Wednesday.

As Sunday's game against the Patriots approaches, Uzomah's availability retains a level of interest in deeper fantasy formats due to the fact that fellow TE Tyler Eifert is in danger of missing his sixth straight game this weekend.

  • Larry Donnell TE | BAL

Giants' Larry Donnell: Limited practice Wednesday

Donnell (concussion) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday.

Still a resident of the concussion protocol, Donnell was contained a non-contact practice to kick off Week 6 prep, according to Ralph Vacchiano of SNY. Donnell will have two more practices to show that the malady is behind him but is trending in the correct direction for active status Sunday versus the Ravens.

  • Tyler Higbee TE | LAR

Rams' Tyler Higbee: Targeted once in loss to Buffalo

Higbee did not record a catch in Sunday's loss to the Bills.

Higbee caught one of four targets for two yards in Week 1 and has still yet to match those totals in the following four games combined. Week 5 included a season high 33 offensive snaps, but no improvement in the stat box. The Rams passing offense has run through the receivers so far this season, with Kenny Britt and Tavon Austin taking up 51 percent of the targets. As the No. 2 tight end behind Lance Kendricks, the odds aren't in Higbee's favor to see much in terms of improvement.

  • Larry Donnell TE | BAL

Giants' Larry Donnell: Expected to practice Wednesday

Donnell is expected to clear concussion protocol and return to practice Wednesday, Newsday's Art Stapleton reports.

Donnell didn't practice last week and missed Sunday's loss to the Packers, allowing Will Tye to get the start at tight end. With Donnell on track for a Week 6 return against the Ravens, the Giants will likely go back to splitting work between the two tight ends -- an arrangement that makes it difficult to rely on either for production. Further complicating matters, sixth-round rookie Jerell Adams could also be in the mix for a few snaps and targets, after catching two passes for 27 yards in Sunday's loss.

  • Tyler Kroft TE | MIA

Bengals' Tyler Kroft: First catches since Week 2

Kroft caught three passes (on three targets) for 29 yards in Sunday's loss to Dallas.

Kroft hadn't even been targeted since Week 2, but he got back on the ledger late in the Week 5 loss. He's still not fantasy-relevant, but he could continue to get more snaps while Tyler Eifert struggles to return.

  • C.J. Uzomah TE | PHI

Bengals' C.J. Uzomah: Pedestrian results against Dallas

Uzomah had five catches for 43 yards on five targets Sunday against the Cowboys.

Uzomah is still searching for his first NFL touchdown, though the red zone targets have been few and far between since Week 2 - he had two apiece the first two weeks, and just one since.

  • Marcedes Lewis TE | DEN

Jaguars' Marcedes Lewis: Unable to practice Monday

Lewis (hip) did not practice Monday.

Though dealing with a hip pointer, Lewis is still expected to play against the Bears this weekend. However, he'll likely need to partake in practice before that expectation could possibly come into fruition.

  • Austin Hooper TE | ATL

Falcons' Austin Hooper: Held to one reception in win

Hooper caught one pass for 14 yards in Sunday's win over the Broncos.

Quarterback Matt Ryan threw 28 passes Sunday, but only one of them was in the direction of Hooper. Atlanta's passing offense is one of the best in the game this season, but the availability of options means Hooper isn't getting regular targets.

  • Hunter Henry TE | NE

Chargers' Hunter Henry: Grabs a short touchdown at Oakland

Henry hauled in three of four targets for 74 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-31 loss at Oakland.

Henry set up his one-yard touchdown in the third quarter with a 59-yard reception. On the long pass, Henry showed off decent speed in the open field, running away from a couple of defenders. Meanwhile, Antonio Gates (hamstring) returned from a two-game absence, and came up with a touchdown catch of his own. Even though Gates is back, Henry has probably done enough to remain a part of the offense. Next week, he'll have a touch matchup against the Broncos.

  • Zach Ertz TE | WAS

Eagles' Zach Ertz: Quiet Sunday in loss to Lions

Ertz caught all three targets for just 37 yards in Sunday's 24-23 loss to the Lions.

Ertz was deemed healthy enough to return after sitting out the last two games with a rib injury, but he was not a large of Sunday's game plan, as the targets were distributed rather evenly among Philadelphia receivers. He was heavily involved in the season opener before he was injured, and should see his workload increase in Week 6 versus the Redskins.
