Ertz (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Afflicted by various injuries throughout his career, Ertz's listing of a hamstring issue is a first. The fourth-year tight end has been able to brush off most ailments, though, suiting up for 54 of a possible 57 games to date. Ertz has been coming along of late, corralling 14 of 15 passes for 152 yards over the last two games.

Derby nabbed two of four targets for 22 yards in Sunday's win over New Orleans.

The catches were Derby's first as a Bronco and both helped convert third downs. Head coach Gary Kubiak has spoken highly of Derby and the fact that starting tight end Virgil Green has offered little in the passing game and the Broncos have struggled to come up with viable targets behind Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders all play into a potential expanded role for Derby coming out of Denver's bye.

Swaim (pectoral) will undergo surgery Thursday and is expected to be out for four months, Kate Hairopoulos of the Dallas Morning News reports.

Swaim suffered the injury in Sunday's win over the Steelers and now it appears as if the remainder of his season could be in jeopardy. The Cowboys will only have two healthy tight ends on the active roster in Jason Witten and Gavin Escobar, so look for the team to possibly bring on a free agent sometime this week.

Kelce caught just three passes for 31 yards on six targets in Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Kelce continues to post fluctuating numbers on a weekly basis, displaying that even he isn't immune to the Chiefs' inconsistent passing game. With Jeremy Maclin (groin) unavailable Sunday, Kelce appeared the likely candidate to receive increased looks, but it was Tyreek Hill who wound up benefiting most. The 27-year-old tight end will look to get back on track next Sunday against a lackluster Tampa Bay pass defense.

Swaim is expected to undergo surgery on a torn pectoral muscle at some point this week, Brandon George of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Swaim did not hold much stock as Jason Witten's backup but provided blocking assistance for the team's highly effective ground game in two-tight end sets. A return this season is seemingly doubtful given that surgery is imminent. Gavin Escobar is in line to fill in as the team's backup tight end.

Lewis had three catches on four targets for negative-one yard in Sunday's loss to Houston.

While Lewis was technically designated as a starter Sunday, his workload remained minimal, as he failed to reach the end zone for the seventh straight week. Julius Thomas is still the tight end to own in Jacksonville, though even he has not been consistently reliable, especially in weeks when he fails to reach paydirt.

Swaim's pectoral injury suffered Sunday against the Steelers is believed to be serious, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.

Swaim's fantasy stock is restricted by his pegging behind Jason Witten at tight end, but his potential absence could hurt the Cowboys' blocking on the edge. If he's sidelined, Gavin Escobar would figure to see more playing time.

Henry caught both of his targets for 11 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's loss to the Dolphins.

The touchdown saved what was an otherwise dull fantasy performance for the rookie tight end, as it was clear Henry wasn't healthy enough to take on a full workload. With a Week 11 bye on tap next, Henry should have plenty of time to heal before the final stretch of the season, but given the reemergence of veteran tight end Antonio Gates (13/171/3 in the last three weeks), Henry's fantasy value certainly appears to be in flux, and he likely shouldn't be considered anything better than bench fodder until proven otherwise.

Graham caught all four of his targets for 48 yards in Seattle's 31-24 win against the Patriots on Sunday.

The Patriots game planned to take out Graham, and for the most part they did. His production has been inconsistent this season, and for the fourth time in nine games, he did not get a red-zone target Sunday.

James totaled 59 yards on four receptions in Pittsburgh's 35-30 loss to Dallas on Sunday.

James was targeted four times, matching Ladarius Green, who made his Steelers' debut. While they may not be Rob Gronkowski and Martellus Bennett, James and Green give Pittsburgh a formidable tight end tandem heading in to Week 11 against Cleveland.
