Brandon Dillon TE | WAS
Vikings' Brandon Dillon: Injury ends day early
Dillon (ankle) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars.
The 23-year-old was bumped up to the active roster for a second consecutive game with Irv Smith sitting out because of a back injury. Dillon has now been beset with an issue of his own, leaving Kyle Rudolph and Tyler Conklin as Minnesota's only available tight ends for the remainder of the contest.
-
Dalton Keene TE | HOU
Patriots' Dalton Keene: In lineup for Week 13
Keene is active for the Patriots' Week 13 matchup against the Chargers, Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald reports.
Heading into a matchup against the Charger's 10th-ranked pass defense, the third-round rookie has one catch for eight yards on the season, with Week 7 marking his lone game appearance. Keene resided on IR from Nov. 10 to Dec. 5 because of a knee injury, but now he'll work in tandem with Ryan Izzo as the only active tight ends for New England.
-
Pharaoh Brown TE | IND
Texans' Pharaoh Brown: Leaves with possible concussion
Brown left Sunday's game against the Colts to be evaluated for a concussion.
The 26-year-old didn't receive a target before going down with the potential concussion. Brown won't be able to return to Sunday's contest if the concussion is confirmed. Jordan Akins and Darren Fells should operate as Houston's top-two tight ends.
-
Mark Andrews TE | BAL
Ravens' Mark Andrews: Not expected to play Tuesday
Andrews, who is on the reserve/COVID-19 list, isn't expected to play Tuesday against the Cowboys, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Though the Ravens, which were shorthanded in their Week 12 loss to the Steelers, will have reinforcements for Tuesday night's game, it doesn't look like they'll have their No. 1 tight end back. Luke Willson thus profiles as the team's top available option at the position Week 13.

Brandon Dillon TE | WAS
Vikings' Brandon Dillon: Bumps to active roster
The Vikings elevated Dillon to the active roster Saturday.
Irv Smith (back) is set to miss a second straight game, so Dillon will slot in as the No. 3 tight end behind Kyle Rudolph and Tyler Conklin in Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Dillon has played two games this year, catching one pass for six yards over 10 snaps on offense.
-
Troy Fumagalli TE | MIN
Broncos' Troy Fumagalli: Back on active roster
The Broncos elevated Fumagalli to the active roster Saturday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
Fumagalli is on track to suit up in a fourth straight game for the Broncos. He has played 44 snaps on offense over the previous three games, catching two of three targets for 12 yards. Fumagalli's playing time is scarce behind Noah Fant and Nick Vannett, but all of his targets so far have been in the red zone.
-
Juwan Johnson TE | NO
Saints' Juwan Johnson: Rises from practice squad
The Saints elevated Johnson from the practice squad Saturday, Katherine Terrell of The Athletic reports.
Marquez Callaway (knee) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, and Deonte Harris (neck) is considered questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons. In turn, the Saints elevated both Johnson and Tommylee Lewis to the active roster to pad their depth at wide receiver. Johnson has suited up twice this season, recording one reception over 77 snaps on offense.
-
Dominique Dafney TE | CAR
Packers' Dominique Dafney: Rises to active roster
The Packers elevated Dafney to the active roster Saturday.
An undrafted rookie out of Indiana State, Dafney comes from the same stomping grounds as Packers top tight end Robert Tonyan. The 23-year-old Dafney produced more on the ground than through the air in college, registering 635 all-purpose yards (439 rushing, 196 receiving) in his final season. Dafney has yet to make his NFL debut, but it appears that's on tap in Sunday's matchup against the Eagles.
-
Dalton Keene TE | HOU
Patriots' Dalton Keene: Moves off IR
Keene (knee) was activated off injured reserve Saturday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
The 2020 third-round pick will make his return to the field after missing the last five games with a knee injury. Keene has played just 24 offensive snaps in his young career to date, but it's possible the rookie tight end might be pressed into action if Ryan Izzo (hamstring/hand) is unable to play Sunday.
-
Noah Togiai TE | PHI
Colts' Noah Togiai: Lands on IR
Togiai (knee) has been placed on the Colts' injured reserve.
Togiai was claimed off waivers prior to Week 1 and has played in four games for Indianapolis this season. With only four weeks left in the regular season, the earliest he could potentially return is Week 17, which makes a return this season seemingly unlikely at this point.
