Higbee (ankle) was a limited participant at Tuesday's walkthrough, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Higbee handled all 111 of the Rams' offensive snaps through the first two games of the campaign, only to fall back to 103 of 133 (77.4 percent) in the past two contests. His production has been respectable, with 15 catches (on 18 targets) for 152 yards and one touchdown to date. Assuming he gets through Week 5 prep unscathed and suits up as expected Thursday in Seattle, Higbee could be poised for another modest performance against a Seahawks defense that sits tied for 13th in catches allowed (21) to tight ends this season.

Fortson logged a two-yard touchdown reception on his only target Sunday versus the Eagles.

Fortson saw a season-high 13 snaps (21 percent) in the contest but was primarily on the field in multiple tight end sets to help with the run game. He has begun to find some utility near the goal line but seems unlikely to produce enough on a weekly basis to warrant fantasy consideration in the vast majority of formats.

Parham caught two of his three targets for 17 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 28-14 win over the Raiders.

Parham saw a slight uptick in playing time (56 percent offensive snaps) with the Chargers ahead for the entirety of the contest. The 6-foot-8 behemoth even put his height to good use, capitalizing on his first red zone target of 2021 for just his fourth career touchdown. It's a bit surprising Parham hasn't been utilized more near the goal line given his unmatched size, but given how efficient the Chargers have been in that area over the past three weeks, the 24-year-old might be more of a luxury than a necessity.

Indianapolis released Wells from the practice squad Tuesday.

Wells was cut to make room for fellow tight end Michael Jacobson on the practice squad. The 26-year-old is still looking for a chance to make his NFL debut.

Indianapolis signed Jacobson to the practice squad Tuesday.

Jacobson's signing coincides with David Wells being cut from the practice squad. He spent time on Seattle's scout team during September.

Moreau was not targeted during the Raiders' 28-14 loss to the Chargers on Monday.

Moreau played just 17 offensive snaps while fellow tight end Darren Waller turned seven targets into four receptions for 50 yards and a touchdown. Moreau could see a slight rebound in playing time if the Raiders are able to get out to an early lead against the Bears in Week 5.

Mundt had a nine-yard reception during Sunday's 37-20 loss to Arizona.

Primarily deployed as a blocker, Mundt's fantasy value is limited. He's caught just 10 passes through his five-year career. Even if No. 1 tight end Tyler Higbee were to miss time, it's unlikely Mundt would emerge as a consistent contributor in the passing attack.

Ertz caught six of eight targets for 60 yards in Sunday's 42-30 loss to the Chiefs.

For the second-straight week, Ertz finished in at least a tie for second in every receiving category and has firmly re-established himself in the Philadelphia offense after a slow first two weeks. He played only 35 snaps to Dallas Goedert's 52, and while Goedert got the touchdown, it was his only red-zone target compared to three for the 30-year-old Ertz on the day. Sharing key tight end duties still caps each one's upside, but both have managed to be productive so far.

Waller caught four of seven targets for 50 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 28-14 loss to the Chargers.

Waller's first target didn't come until the second quarter, setting the stage for a relatively quiet night by the Pro Bowler's standards. Fortunately, Waller still made a significant contribution in the form of a three-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter, pulling the Raiders to within one score at the time. Despite not topping five catches or 65 yards since Week 1, Waller remains Las Vegas' most important option in the passing game, and he'll strive to help the team get back to its winning ways Sunday versus the Bears.

Everett (illness) may be activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list before Thursday's game against the Rams after returning a negative test Monday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. "At this point, we're saying there's a chance," coach Pete Carroll said. "We'll know more tomorrow."

Everett landed on the COVID list last Wednesday after testing positive, but because he's vaccinated, he only needs to test negative again Tuesday to return to the active roster. Of course, if he doesn't, he'll have to do so Wednesday and Thursday to give himself a chance to suit up Week 5. This past Sunday at San Francisco with Everett sidelined, Will Dissly led Seahawks tight ends with an 82-percent share of the offensive snaps, Colby Parkinson got 68 percent, and Tyler Mabry brought up the rear with 14 percent.
